Very nice house. It was easy to get to Rome and to the beach. The host is very responsive and helpful. We got a nice welcome to the house with a little tour and everything we needed to know. Overall a great experience and I would recommend.

It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere different every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable, finished and very clean, Emanuela super kind and helpful... I spent two nights really well and relaxing given the location of the house away from the noise and the city's hustle and bustle... I will certainly return ☺️☺️

Alessio's chalet is the ideal place if you love contact with nature and animals. Equipped with everything you need and very clean. A strategic point if you want to visit Rome but rest away from the chaos of the city, it is also close to the sea and the Roman castles. We had a very good time, Alessio is an attentive, kind and always available host. We hope to be back soon, we're already missing.

I recommend this house more than more than more. Especially having stayed in other houses before… and especially Francesca She is friendly, kind, caring. The house is extremely well equipped with sheets, towels, flour, sugar …. Everything you need The pool, the balls⚽️, the sunbathing, the calm, the beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay again and the kids would too. We stayed in this villa for a bachelor party and loved it! The villa is beautiful, spacious and equipped with every necessary comfort. The hosts were very kind, super helpful and very flexible for both check-in and check-out, which made everything even easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back!

the owners, Sylvia, and her husband, were very pleasant and provided us with excellent support. We arrived late in the evening at 11 p.m., and they came to pick us up from the train station. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and the host, Massimo, was extremely responsive to all initial questions, making the arrival experience seamless. We had an incredible stay at Gloria's place! It was the perfect fit for our group of 11, with a quiet location and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it a breeze to cook up pasta and enjoy it al fresco with stunning sea views.

The stay was very nice. It was super clean and especially the bedding smelled very fresh and well. The air conditioning was lovely. A very nice terrace. In the neighborhood we felt very safe. The kitchen was also very clean.
