Condo vacation rentals in Nettuno

We often come to this area to visit my brother-in-law and we found this place located in front of his house! Perfect! Great price and very friendly renters. We found everything very clean and even if we didn't need much, there are all the utilities for cooking. Perhaps the only advice I can give is that maybe there should be a small TV in the room for those who are used to having one and watching a movie in the evening, but it's a matter of habit. For the rest I have nothing to criticize, it will certainly be the preferred accommodation for when we come to Rome

Getting to the apartment from the airport was a little tricky, but that wasn't her fault, the people at airport had us going to 3 different locations. Valeria met us outside and let us in. The apartment was nice and fully stocked, the terrace peaceful and lots of plants. There was a fluke with the hot water and Valeria came over and fixed it. Valeria was very responsive, gave recommendations, helpful, friendly, and welcoming

Very cute and clean apartment in a great location close to the beach!

Giorgia and her family saved the day a number of times during our visit. It started with me causing the elevator to temporarily jam, but she summoned help to get our luggage upstairs. I just needed to remember the inside doors AND the outside door of the elevator both need to be closed! Later in the week, the metro system closed early for weekend repairs and we were stuck in another stop where she guided us how to find a taxi very late in the evening. Her restaurant references were also spot-on! The apartment is impeccably clean and appears recently renovated. It was just perfect to wake up in the morning to see the view of the Mediterranean JUST AS THE PICTURE SHOWS! We really appreciate finding this wonderful home with a host whose personality matches the setting! Nadia was a wonderful host! I had so many questions and she was super helpful right away! The place is beautiful! Right in the perfect spot to be around events and things, but also have some privacy. Also, It has anything you need to cook a good meal! I definitely recommend staying here!

The little bread shop / restaurante just below the apartment was amazing and with authentic and very affordable Italian food! The apartment itself had a lot of charm and an amazing balcony where to enjoy sunset aperitivi!

Amazing views of the lake! Peace and quiet. Very quiet, very comfortable to sleep at night. The property is an old building of 2 floors with high ceilings, spacious and comfortable. This is not a modern hotel, but a place with history and charm. It added flavor to our vacation. The house was very clean with everything you need. Self check-in was very convenient and clear. Hosts are always available, attentive and good-natured, answering all questions instantly. There is free parking nearby, where there is always a place. The village of Nemi is a 5-minute walk away, where there are cafes, restaurants and just beautiful views. The village itself is very colorful and atmospheric.

The apartment is perfect! It has everything you need for long stays of more than a week and more! Very well equipped, all the amenities in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Washing machine, clothesline, oven, utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. etc.! The rooms are huge and with excellent heating! If you come by car, you have your parking spot or 4 blocks walk to the buses. The area is good for walking and enjoying the peace and nature in the surroundings, especially the road to Genzano, which is beautiful! Highly recommended! We'd come back a thousand times! Thanks to Stefania and Marina who welcomed us and were attentive to our contact upon arrival and departure. Everything worked out great. We spent 3 wonderful weeks!!

Quiet and peaceful area. The accommodation was smaller than we expected, but suited us perfectly. The beds were great. The beach was just outside the patio gate, wonderful nice sand beach. There is a small shop right by the apartment, and Abdul who worked there was incredibly helpful. Since the communication was bad, he drove us the times we wanted to go somewhere. If we ever come back to Torvaianica, we will be sure to stay here again.

A perfect stay in a very welcoming apartment! The apartment is spacious, clean and very well-equipped, ideal for feeling at home. The decor is modern and warm, and the bedding is very comfortable. The location is also an asset: close to transport, shops and points of interest. The owner is responsive and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment and will not hesitate to return on my next visit to the area.

I had a wonderful weekend, although the weather was not nice. My son and I felt at home. Large house, well organized, clean, equipped with everything and tastefully furnished. Host always available and very kind. I hope to be back as soon as possible!

Ricardo was beyond five stars. Without a doubt would recommend his apartment. More beautiful than the photos and he speaks several languages so communication was not an issue. He was proactive, friendly, informational and just cool vibes. The kitchen was amazing and had everything. We enjoyed cooking our mealsand the market so close by makes it super convenient and an amazing experience in itself. Everything was spotless and he checked on us several times during our stay. Hands down my best air b n b experience and would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!!!

What can I say besides a wonderful stay with a wonderful host. Stefano was extremely kind and helpful before we got to the apartment, at our meeting with him at check in, during our stay and at check out. We wanted for nothing during our stay as we he apartment has everything we needed. The supermarket was walking distance and a nice bakery was nearby as well. Even in late October, the sea was awesome to jump into and the balcony and sunset were a plus. I would highly recommend this place and am looking forward to coming back again. Thank you Stefano!

We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

beautiful apartment with private jacuzzi, perfect for a short relaxing stay near Rome. The interior spaces are not very large and could be a bit limiting in case of bad weather, but the terrace and the tub are completely worth the price of the accommodation. The host is available and precise, definitely recommended!

I lived in this quiet and serene apartment with my family while visiting a family friend. This apartment is the best and my family and I enjoyed every bit of it. The apartment owner was really friendly and she showered my family and I with some welcome gifts. She is so amazing.

Elvira and her husband Marco were very very warm and super friendly!! They were always there if we needed help and were always available to us! The place was impeccable, clean and just sweet. The house is beautiful and you can fully enjoy the summer here😍 Towards the end, they even gave us a farewell gift, very very sweet and thoughtful.🥹 I can recommend this place and these hosts 100%!
