2020/21 we completely renovated the old farmhouse of my grandparents with a lot of passion and attention to detail and converted the lower floor into a large vacation rental. In our old quarry stone house in Monschau-Höfen, up to four nature lovers, hiking friends or recreational vacationers can now find their place to feel good. The property is only partially suitable for children under 1 year of age. I ask for a preliminary request. You can park right at your doorstep in the large yard.

The beautiful 80 sqm apartment is located on the upper floor of a detached house. We live in the house ourselves and love hosting. Your living space is accessible separately from ours, modern and lovingly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. Kall is the ideal starting point for your vacation in the Eifel. From here, hikers and bikers have numerous opportunities in the Eifel National Park to discover fantastic tours. Parking is available at the house.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.
