This family is very deserving of every excellent review they've received to date... and my review will be no different! Comfortable is the word my husband and I have used over and over to describe our stay. Cleanliness is always paramount and they nailed that. The bed was comfy and firm. Great couch. Beautiful kitchen. Loved the long counter in the bathroom. Lighting is important to us, so we greatly appreciated the dimmer switches on overhead lights. We would really like to stay here again the next time we're in the area. Oh yeah! Bailey the dog was the cherry on top!

My girlfriend and I had a great stay at Serenity. We went in the winter time, the yurt was heated and very cozy, made for a great stay. If you come here, you must do the dinner experience. We ended up going with the Italian five course meal and it was incredible. William’s storytelling for each dish was amazing and it was great to see how fresh everything was from farm to table. You can tell William has a passion for this and it does not go unnoticed. After dinner, William, kindly set up a campfire for us to roast some marshmallows and relax for the rest of the evening. Thank you for a great stay, I can’t wait to come back and try the Spanish menu!

The cottage is warm, well-equipped, and very welcoming. Amanda is a thoughtful and attentive host who truly goes above and beyond. We had a relaxing and rejuvenating weekend in a peaceful, cozy setting. Despite the ice storm, Amanda was proactive and responsive, taking steps to anticipate potential power outages in Ontario. I highly recommend this place!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay with a couple friends at Tara’s cottage. The place is beautiful, and is arranged in a way that makes it very easy to get comfortable right away. Everything is labeled, the place was spotless, and the view is priceless. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside, admiring the sunset and stars, and sitting around the campfire roasting marshmallows. The firepit was even set up, ready to go, with a fire starter, for us when we arrived! The location is easily accessible from Toronto, and Port Perry is close by, and has any stores you’d need to have a comfortable extended stay. Tara was very responsive, and check in and out were seamless. I have no complaints, and wouldn’t hesitate to book with Tara again, next time I’m planning a cottage weekend!
