Oleandra is a small villa with 3 apartments, built in the 1970s and completely renovated in 2020. It was designed to offer (from each apartment) a priceless view of the lake with a space on the outdoor terrace facing the lake to enjoy a relaxing breakfast or lunch. The strategic location between Como and Bellagio makes it easy to go on excursions on the lake. In 20 minutes, continuing by car on the main road, you reach an altitude of 1,000 meters.

My house is ancient and modern at the same time, well furnished and with an Amazing view.The apartment is sanitized at every guest change with anti-covid procedures as required by law. The Midwife House

It’s a 700 yrs old stone house with all conforts. A 2 minutes walk from the famous bridge of Nesso. Close to a grocery, bars, restaurants and the bus stop. It has a private GARAGE 250 meters from the apartment, included in the price. To get to the apartment one must walk down 83 steps. I will be happy to provide good tips about the area.
