Hands down the best Air BnB we've ever stayed in. The home was gorgeous and the view was absolutely incredible. If you're looking for a quiet spot to take in a breathtaking view and cuddle up with a good book, this is it. The town this home is in (Valldal) is quite small. Two small grocery stores and just a few restaurants--be prepared to cook at home (which is easy in this beautiful kitchen). We used a local guide service to go on a kayaking and fishing adventure with our kids--very fun. Note: to get wine and liquor, you either have to take a ferry (short 15 min drive, then 15 min ferry ride) or bring it yourself from Alesund.

Sehr schöne Hütte, in der wir uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Die Hütte ist sehr schön gelegen auf einem Berg. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls top. Wir waren über Silvester in der Hütte und haben Schnee bekommen und konnten Polarlichter sehen. Wir konnten uns in der Ruhe sehr gut erholen und kommen gerne wieder.

Liv Marit is a careful and interesting host. I particularly enjoyed to have had the chance to talk to her in person. She introduced me into the rich heritage of her Airbnb and the entire area. Even more she provided me with some food, she had made. Delicious! - For those, who love hiking and nature, this location is unique: A tiny, authentic cottage, nested in a mesmerizing valley under impressive mountains. Can't wait to get back in summer.

Sehr schön gelegte Hütte mitten in der Natur. Im Winter eine wunderschöne Landschaft. Das Haus ist sehr modern und gut eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Heizen konnten wir mit dem vorhandenen Holz. Mit dem begrenzten wasser sind wir gut ausgekommen. Die Hütte haben wir nicht direkt gefunden, bei Dunkelheit… und Schneesturm… und kniehohem Schnee. Dies war allerdings der Jahreszeit geschuldet😅. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Wir haben es sehr genossen. (Das Internet sollte vielleicht gefixed werden)

Ein wirklich traumhaftes Haus mit tollen und sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Die Sauna war top! Eine traumhafte Umgebung. In der Nähe gibt es 2 Ski Pisten. Es gibt Chancen Polarlichter zu sehen. Weil es so viel geschneit hat durften wir auch spontan die Fräse benutzen 😅. Wir waren mit zwei Familien da und hat genügend Platz. Auf Rückfragen haben die Gastger wirklich schnell reagiert. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen. 👍👍👍

Fantastische Lage, fantastische Aussicht, fantastische Unterkunft!: Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, mehr als komplett ausgestattete Hütte mit liebevollen Details, alles sehr sauber, wunderschöner Blick von der großen Terrasse mit kuscheliger überdachter Sitzecke, wunderbar ruhig, toller Trail durch die Wildnis zum Julneset Fort ganz in der Nähe. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit, vielen Dank an die Barets!

Einar’s home was just perfect. An incredible location just 15-20 minutes from Geiranger but removed enough to feel like a relaxing non-touristy retreat. Situated on a gorgeous lake with stunning views. We loved every moment in this beautiful home. Would love to come back and will certainly suggest to our friends. Einar was super responsive and helpful. Couldn’t recommend enough - a wonderful and memorable stay.

Fantastisk hytte i utrolige omgivelser, utsikten var bedre enn det bildene tilsa! Vi var en gjeng på 9 voksne og 1 barn, det var romslig nok for alle. God kommunikasjon med utleier som sjekket om alt stod til forventningene under oppholdet.

We had an amazing stay at the cabin great location for cross country, downhill or torturing. it's a really nice cabin with everything you need a really nice kitchen plenty of space in general just a really nice cabin in a mind blowing location. And wonderful host nice and quick to communicate. Would definitely recommend.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist wunderschön gelegen, die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Es ist sehr ruhig. Der Weg zum Haus war speziell, aber nur das erste Mal. Hätten dort nie ein Haus vermutet. Kristi ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Was uns etwas gestört hat. Es gab keinen Platz für unsere Kleider, da die Kommoden schon voll waren. Und wir hätten uns Nachtvorhänge im Wohnbereich gewünscht, da es ja nie richtig dunkel wird. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Lieben Dank für alles.

The cabin is at a beautiful farm and is definitely worth visiting! The people there are very friendly and welcoming. The location is just perfect and everything was calm. And the animals at the farm are also worth checking out with the views that this farm offers. However, just note that there are big dogs at the farm, as they might scare some even tho they are very friendly and welcoming as well.

The place was WONDERFUL. Peaceful and beautiful. The only problem we had was the address kept taking us to the wrong location, but after about 30 minutes we found it. I recommend really utilizing her instructions on how to get there. Outside of finding the house, it was beautiful!!!! My husband and I felt safe and right at home. Lovely view. Would definitely come back
