House with a large and cozy space on the ground floor. Outside, a large terrace with seating and views of a beautiful garden, full of ornamental trees, rocks, a pond and various nooks. Upstairs, 3 small cozy rooms. Downstairs and upstairs bathroom and toilet. Take advantage of the swimming pool (6 - 9) and tennis court, two basketball hoops, or a smaller football goal. We'll be happy to lend you the equipment.

You can go on many trips in the surrounding area - Vyhlídka Máj, Pikovická jehla, the Slapy reservoir or just a regular walk in the local forest.

Guest apartment, 20 km from Prague, is perfect for singles and couples who love nature but still need civilization. It is located on the lower floor of our house and offers an amazing view of the forest. The apartment has all amenities, including a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a separate entrance from the garden. The house is located in a quiet part of the village, but within walking distance, you can find restaurants, shops, a bus stop, and the Kozel brewery.

We offer a cozy apartment, located in a brick building. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a total area of 35 m². The interior is fully furnished with double comfy bed as well as fully furnished kitchen, dressing room and bathroom, creating a pleasant and functional atmosphere. Location is quiet yet strategically advantageous, with access to civic amenities ( cca 5 min. walk ) and parking available directly at the building.
