Absolute peace and privacy 30 minutes from Prague. The road ends here, then there are only forests and the Velkopopovicko Nature Park. Parking is available in the courtyard. House with large and cozy downstairs space. Outside, a large terrace with seating and a view of a beautiful garden, full of ornamental trees, rocks, a pond and various nooks. On the 3rd floor, there are small cozy rooms. Bathroom and toilet downstairs and upstairs. Take advantage of the pool (6 - 9) and tennis court, two basketball hoops, or a smaller football goal. We are happy to rent equipment for everything.

Chatička Potůčka

Come to us in Potůčka near Konopiště Castle in the village of Chrášťany. Cottage for 2 people (possibility of setting up tents. Modest kitchen, outhouse, IBC with utility water, fireplace, arrival by car possible up to the building. If necessary, we will also supply quilts, drinking water, a few home-made eggs for breakfast. Sheep and fallow deer run across the stream. If you are not looking for luxury, but just want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will definitely like Potůčka. Fishing is possible, 10 km away is the Sázava river, where a boat is available!

Prepare your tasting experience in a fully equipped kitchen. After a full day, you can relax by the fireplace. You can sit on the terrace and watch the calm of the water surface. The distance to Prague is 30 minutes by car or 50 minutes by train to the very center of Prague. The house is air-conditioned, with window blinds. I offer a private wellness stay with an outdoor Finnish sauna, whirlpool, fitness, the possibility of radiofrequency procedures and lymphatic massage machines / wellness services are not included in the price of accommodation/.

We offer a cozy apartment, located in a brick building with a total of three floors. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a total area of 35 m². The interior is fully furnished with double comfy bed as well as fully furnished kitchen, dressing room and bathroom, together creating a pleasant and functional atmosphere. Location is quiet yet strategically advantageous, with access to civic amenities ( cca 5 min. walk ) and parking available directly at the building ensurinng tranquility.

Treehouse

Visit a small hut in the middle of the forest in complete privacy, which deserves a second chance. Like most things inside the cottage, which are reused items saved from being thrown away. The interior is inspired by the legendary freedom and wildness of the surrounding nature, right where the first settlements were established, just a few minutes from Prague. The place is ideal for those who want to be in touch with nature at every step - at breakfast or cooking, at bath or even at bedtime.

Guest apartment on the nature near Prague

Guest apartment, 20 km from Prague, is perfect for singles and couples who love nature but still need civilization. It is located on the lower floor of our house and offers an amazing view of the forest. The apartment has all amenities, including a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a separate entrance from the garden. The house is located in a quiet part of the village, but within walking distance, you can find restaurants, shops, a bus stop, and the Kozel brewery.
