The apartment was modern and stylish, and at the same time cozy with a view of the garden in peaceful surroundings. It was clean and nice, and good furniture and bed. It was extra nice that the host had put out chocolate.

Great location, this is a really central location, just 10mins walk from the Oslo central station. It's also easy to travel to other locations using the tram. The unit is also really quiet and peaceful at night. There are malls and plenty of cafes around, so no shortage of food! Amyar is really responsive and friendly too.

The location is great - newer, walkable area full of restaurants and close to the water. Inside was clean and included the travel crib and high chair we requested for our 10 month old. Staircase is steep, which was shown in the pictures, but took my 3 year old a bit to feel comfortable with it.

We found that the landlord was easy to communicate with and wanted to facilitate the best possible experience for us. The location made this apartment special, as well as everything was clean and proper inside. We would be happy to come back if the opportunity arises!

Jenny’s place location is impeccable. Close enough to the things we wanted to do and see but away from the hustle. The property has a beautiful garden. The apartment is clean and comfortable.

The communication with the host is very smooth and prompt. The scenery around the accommodation is good, and the amenities are very well equipped. It's near the end of the bus, so transportation is good, and the grocery store is close, so I highly recommend it.

Location location location... I wanted to stay in Sandvika, because my mother lived there for 20 years, so I am very familiar with the area and it feels like home. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and feels very private, yet is centrally located, and easy to walk around the area for hiking, shopping, bus/train transfers, and easy to use trains and bus to connect to anywhere quickly. We had everything we needed, and were comfy and cozy and made ourselves at home. Very comfy beds. As described, the sleeping loft has a low ceiling. My daughter is not very tall and is young and limber, and was quite happy up there, but you probably don't want someone too tall up there. Host is very responsive and clearly communicates. They live in the house next to the rental, but we never saw them in over a week, so the rental is very private. Beautiful view of the bay and lovely sunsets from the deck.

We stayed here for 2 days … the location near by sea 100 meter walkable distance to the beach.. place is very good.its 30 minutes by car to reach city center…if u r looking for stay out of city this is the best place..

We had an amazing time at Heidi’s beautiful home in Fagerstrand. The house is cozy and tastefully decorated, and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning. Peaceful, green, and perfect for relaxing. Heidi is a wonderful host and an incredibly kind and helpful person. She made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a warm and thoughtful host!

Quiet location, incredibly cozily furnished/partly nostalgic. In a few minutes by bus (and then by ferry to Oslo) and at the grocery store or down on the coast. Rushing stream on the premises.

We had a wonderful stay at Carina and Håvard's house. From the moment we booked, Carina was responsive, ensuring the house would be well set-up for us on arrival. Directions to the house were precise and Carina was there to welcome us, give us a tour, explain how things worked, and make local recommendations. She even returned later with a kettle for tea. A welcome basket was a lovely gesture. The house itself has everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. There is a beautiful, mature garden, which has fantastic views over Bunnefjorden, as do the living room and main bedroom. The beach is close by and easily walkable. We were also able to borrow an electronic cargo bicycle to do groceries. It was perfect for our summer break and we would happily return again.

The place was well decorated, modern and warm throughout. The rooms were separate, ideal for our stay and the private deck was a bonus also considering we had great weather during our stay. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of neat design features to suit the space. We felt safe and secure during our stay, and our hosts were great at responding to any questions we had. The accommodation is right in the heart of town and it was easy to reach Batterioya, Blindeskjaere, the shops, and the Ferry. All within easy walking distance. The bus stop was 2 mins away and it was easy to travel into Drammen and forward to Oslo centre. We felt as if the accommodation had recently been made ready for guests and there were a couple of possible improvements that could be added to help guests enjoy their stay. A microwave would have been a helpful addition and the small toilet needed a privacy blind on the small window. Overall we loved staying there and would not hesitate to stay again.

From the beginning, there was good communication via email and SMS. We were personally picked up from the train station and taken to the apartment. Great service. The apartment was huge, with a large living room and bedroom. The windows went from ceiling to floor, so very bright. You didn't hear anything from neighbors, you hardly met anyone. Very safe house. A downside was the non-adjustable air conditioning. After 3 days, we had gotten used to the noise (maybe we were too tired from the many museum visits and the fresh air to hear anything). Unfortunately, there was noise from the outside now in the summer time: the restaurant "After work" boomed with the disco basses up to the apartment. And last night (Saturday before Pentecost) was really bad: in the Akerhusfestning, a noise stage was set up, on which this disco bass noise echoed over to us from Saturday evening to Sunday morning at 5 a.m. We couldn't sleep and had to get up again at 4:30.....

Really friendly communicator and the apartment was just as described- the balcony was a real asset to the property - nicely situated with gorgeous views and within easy reach of the city - easy to get and return keys and info in apartment was very useful

We had a great stay at Inger Sofie’s apartment! It was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—quiet, peaceful, and just a 3-minute walk from both the metro station and a supermarket. The host was very friendly and helpful, and we felt truly welcomed. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

a very tidy, modern apartment in a very convenient location in Oslo. Trams and buses were nearby which made sightseeing very easy, and it was within walking distance of Oslo Central Station. The apartment was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I loved staying in Kandeeban’s place! The location was perfect- quiet, walking distance from the train station, right on the water, near restaurants and Oslo’s museums and convenience stores. The hosts were communicative and responsive. The bed was very comfortable and soft! They also had extra blankets. The shower had great water pressure and was very hot. The entire house was very clean and comfortable. It was plenty of space for two people and a very restful location after a long flight. I wish we could have stayed longer! The only suggestion I would make is to provide extra towels, especially because the listing advertises being close to the water. Also, following the video directions was a bit tricky just because the streets/paths look similar, but once we knew what to look for, we made it! Besides that, this was a wonderful place and I would gladly come again. Thank you!

Great stay in the Bjorvika area. Very convenient having a supermarket and wine/liquor store in the complex. Easy to walk to restaurants, museums, central station. Beds comfortable, communication excellent. Only thing I’d change is to add black out curtains.
