Loved the details like: Slippers for us to walk around in, filtered water in the fridge, HOT water :), nice clean bedrooms with luggage racks, noise machine and oil diffuser, quiet neighborhood, plenty of towels and blankets available, some exercise equipment set out for use, and smart tvs to enjoy our favorite programs! We really appreciated it all!

This Airbnb has to have the most beautiful view in Lawrence. It is so incredibly peaceful, you feel like you are in the middle of Colorado. The space itself is really cool and has everything you need to relax. As the description states you can rent the upper half (which we did) or the whole house. The upper half of the house had plenty of space for my husband and myself, and more to spare if we needed it. Truly a gem, and the hosts were incredibly nice!!!

This place is great—like someone sat down and said, “What if we made the coziest little house that actually has everything you need and nothing you don’t?” And then they nailed it. Everything has a purpose, it’s super clean, and it just feels… peaceful. Not fancy, but in a really good, Great Plains kind of way—simple, calm, and exactly right. Also—Emporia is a lovely little town! Super friendly folks, some solid food spots, and just an all-around chill vibe. This Airbnb was the perfect little home base for some gravel cycling. Would absolutely stay again.

Prefect remodeled farmhouse was exactly what I needed! Daily walks on the property and sitting on the porch, were very relaxing. Everything was clean and completely furnished. I highly recommend this cute home and will definitely be back ! Thanks Fernando for your quick responses!

My husband and I were looking for a secluded place to spend our first weekend together away from our 3 year old. The Vassar cabin was secluded and private, and the proximity to the water was exactly what we wanted. The hot tub made it even easier to relax.

This was our second time visiting Paw Print Cabin for a weekend family getaway, and we hope to return again someday soon. The cabin had everything we needed for a comfy stay: comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, games to play as a family. The surrounding land was fun to hike through and explore. Our kids had a lot of fun playing by the creek, and we all had fun on several outings to nearby attractions (Tallgrass Prairie and Chase State Fishing Lake). We'd highly recommend Fur N' Feather's Paw Print Cabin, and look forward to coming back again in the future.

Very spacious and roomy stay. It feels like two houses, minus a kitchen on the bottom floor. Home was clean, tastefully decorated and served our needs perfectly. The surrounding acreage is great to explore with near by pond as well. Most everything you could need is available to make you stay comfortable and fun too.

Kris’s property was exactly what we needed while visiting Lawrence!!! Kris was so kind and accommodated us better than any host we’ve had through Airbnb yet! She also contacted me after my kiddo left some property there and let me go by and pick it up. The whole process was easy from beginning to end and the home was so beautiful, comfortable, and clean! we had to get together for a late Thanksgiving early Christmas out of town family and this was the perfect home to host that! Everything was well laid out, there was activities from our youngest to the oldest, we had great weather, so was able to sit in the backyard with a fire a few nights. We spent a lot of time cooking as a family, and the kitchen was perfect for that. I highly recommend Brickside Beds and will be telling family about it in the future!

Kathy was a wonderful host. The loft is gorgeous and renovated so well. It was a delight to stay in such a wonderful place while being away from home. Kathy was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. She offered suggestions for local eateries and her restaurant below the loft was a nice option to have. I look forward to staying here again when in town for trainings.
