The house is very clean and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Spacious outdoor area and quiet neighborhood! The location is ideal – quiet and secluded, but at the same time not far from the main attractions. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Communication went smoothly, and all our questions were answered quickly. We can recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. Eleni's place was pristine clean, cozy, decorated beatifully. The appartment had everything we needed to feel right at home! My family of 3 adults and a 4 year old kid felt comfortable and happy to be part of the village, where neighbours were super friendly. We enjoyed the authentic Greek pastries from the bakery accross the street in the morning and witnessed olive harvest season. One of the neighbours was super nice and gifted my daughter two gift bags with small toys that kept the little one entertained. The beautiful sandy beach was on two minutes drive, where there were also plenty of grocery markets, bakeries and restaurants. Eleni went further to offer flexible checkout times. Thanks Eleni for your hospitality and your care for your guests! We would love to come back, we will check out your place again next time!

This place is absolutely superb, a little piece of paradise. It looks even better than the photos. Both the house and the garden are stunning and very well-maintained. Everything is spotless. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away and is quiet, perfect for families. Savas is an excellent host. He greeted us with fresh fruit, homemade eggs, and cold water in the fridge, which was much appreciated after our 1000 km journey. He is very prompt and responds quickly to messages and calls. When we left, he gave us gifts of Greek specialty products and even sweets for the children. We loved this place and will definitely return. If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful place with a welcoming host, this is the perfect spot.

We had a great stay. Place is just across the most beautiful part of Agia Triada beach, where the beach is wide. There is always enough parking in front of the building, neighbours are so nice, they even served us home made cakes, and invited our kids to play with their children, you have a feeling that you are guest in a community of a kind. Dimitris is very responsive and agile, he provided all the important information in a timely manner. The place is not luxury, but it has all commodities you may need. Bathroom is quite new, and kitchen is much better equiped then in average accomodation in Greece. You will find plenty of cooking utensils, plates, dishes, everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, although a bit small for European standards, but that is the same in whole Greece. It is very peaceful at night, you can only hear sounds from nature and one can really relax. Balconies are great, with sea view and a lot of space. We really enjoyed staying at Dimitris's place.

We stayed at this place for one week and it was an amazing experience! Home was spotlessly clean, easiest to find, communication with the owner super easy. Iraklis was ready to help us with anything for 24/7. He gave us great recommendations where to eat, where to shop and etc. The owners even met us with nice welcome drink and chocolates. We appreciated that very much. House itself is located at very nice area, few steps away from the beach. It is at village centre and close to good restaurants, markets and anything one might need. Neighborhood is very peaceful and nice. We loved it here and will definitely come back again!

The apartment was very cozy and exactly as described. Unfortunately, we had very bad weather on our first day and therefore the city wasn't very crowded. However, you could walk within 30 minutes to beautiful beaches and other places that offered much more to do. The communication with Fotis and his mother was excellent!

Great place with an amazing view right at the beach. There is a nice restaurant below and sometimes it can be noisy but we liked the atmosphere. The host at the location does not know English very well but he was very welcoming and we managed to communicate in a friendly manner. I would recommend the place for sure, even for a family of 4, because in the kitchen there is an extra bed.

The house was just what you needed to be close to the sea and the village to be served. The house is beautiful, clean, has a nice yard, quiet and you don't think you're disturbing if you're a lot of people. The host at all in all we needed was willing to help.

Big, clean apartment, well furnished kitchen, (a microwave would've been a great plus, but not a deal breaker for us), three bedrooms and a big terrace. All the windows have mosquito nets. Just a few steps from the sea and some great restaurants. Ilias is super friendly and very responsive. We're grateful for the cold water left for us and the late checkout!

The house is great, especially the bbq area. We were 6 adults, 3 kids, and one dog. Inside, it was clean and tidy. As a disadvantage I can say that one bed in the one bedroom which is too small for two people and it would be possible to put a bigger one. Also that there is one toilet and the lack of a dishwasher causes inconvenience. The host was very helpful and responded quickly!

The best part of the place is that the subway starts right outside the front door – super convenient! The city center is also within walking distance. The area is safe, the room was clean and maintained. There are smaller shops right outside the door, so everything you need is in the immediate vicinity. Perfect all around – highly recommended!

I highly recommend it! A spotless space , adequate hygiene items ( bath towels, etc.) , many bedding). The bathroom was clean and tidy and had a washer, hair dryer as well as a dehumidifier. But the great asset of this accommodation was its excellent location as it is next to a metro station and a few minutes away from Aristotelous Square as well as places of entertainment in the center of Thessaloniki! Note also the fairly satisfactory amenity relationship-it!
