Waterfront vacation rentals in Neoi Epivates

We stayed at Apartment Apollo for 10 days and had a wonderful time. Alex happened to be there and greeted us personally. Alex and Theo are so nice and helpful - just great hosts. Questions are answered immediately. Theo is on site. Everything is exactly as described in the photos. Even more beautiful! Have breakfast on the balcony in the morning - end the day on the balcony in the evening. Kitchen has everything you need, even to cook something at home in the evening. The beach is right outside the door, with several beach bars, but also with public area. Umbrellas and other beach equipment can be rented from Alex & Theo. I still advise to rent a car to drive to other beaches and explore the area as well. The supermarket downstairs has everything you need and a very tasty bakery. Larger supermarkets are also nearby. We highly recommend a stay, we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you for everything

Excellent location , beachfront apartment. Pavlos who’s the co host, greeted us and gave us a guide of the apartment and local knowledge of the areas and places to visit. The apartment was super clean and as described. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful accommodation centrally located. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. The communication with Leonidas was also perfect.

We stayed at Sia for 10 days. The surroundings are beautiful , the place is very quiet. The sea is very clean and see-through , ideal for families with children. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures shown with new furniture. The kitchen has everything necessary. And finally, Sia is very friendly and kind, she gave us information regarding the restaurants, beaches and near towns. We really enjoyed this vacation , thank you Sia !

This place is absolutely perfect!!! The apartment is not big, but it has all the necessary stuff for a great holiday. The view from the lovely terrace is to die for!!! I think we spent more than half of our time sitting there and just enjoying the marvelous view to the sea and Mount Olympus. There are shops, restaurants and a playground just 2 minutes away on foot. The beach is basically right at your front door. A parking spot is just under the apartment. The host is also perfect! Absolutely meticulous in his instructions and super helpful all the time. We've been traveling the world but this place and this experience are definitely in my top 5! We hope we could return soon.

The absolute view was such a dream stay. It was an amazing stay with a beautiful view and an outstanding location. Very close to the beach, restaurants, stores, airport, centre, etc… Tina was very responsive and helpful. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel like they’re waking up in a palace.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, cozy, and in a perfect location. Niko’s parents were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Communication was smooth and everything was well prepared. It was a truly pleasant experience, and we’d love to come back someday. Highly recommend!

We liked the house very much; it had everything; the host Stratos had thought of everything; he also gave us very good information about places to visit in the area. You can walk from the house to the beach; there are markets in the village where you can find everything. I definitely recommend this house.

This is a magical place to stay - peaceful and very beautiful and relaxing. The house is very charming and we loved it. Karin and the team are very responsive and kind. The place is perfect for families with kids. There is a little restaurant where you can have a snack, salad or coffee. In the bistro there is also a place where the small kids can play with toys right next to the sea. Really a great place for families. We will come back again for sure! 😊

Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

The house is lovely! As is the outdoor space with the nice garden. Everything was very clean and the hosts were very friendly and communicative! Thank you very much! We had an amazing stay!

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

A friendly host. He gave nice tips to do and where we could eat well. The house was spacious and has nice beds.

Beautiful studio with very nice view. Very comfortable bed, although it was a sofa bed it was much more comfortable than the bed in some hotels. The kitchen is small but sufficient for a short trip or for simple cooking. The neighborhood is festive but the windows insulate relatively well from noise. The host is very friendly and responds very quickly. I would highly recommend it.

Second time at The CruiseFlat. It has absolutely the perfect location… An incredible view of the sunset every single night… And it's close to groceries, entertainment, dining, and everything is completely walkable. Close enough to the city to be in the city, but far enough out to feel removed. Don't hesitate to stay here! It's first class! Very beautiful space, beautifully decorated. Immediate hot water due to natural gas. Ground floor facing the street and not inside an apartment building, there is no balcony. Parking in the area is difficult to impossible and the streets are very narrow if you have a large car. There is paid parking 500 meters away, relatively cheap. It could have been a little more affordable for its features. However, it is a very good choice for the location.

Angelos, place was the perfect location to explore Thessaloniki. His place was so much bigger than the pictures show. Perfect for our family of 5. Pack n Play setup for our toddler. We would stay here again! Thank you

Konstantino's Condo was absolutely stunning! The view was breathtaking and the place immaculate with meticulous attention to details. You felt like you were in a 5-star establishment from the moment you stepped into the apartment with the classic, high-end furnishings and fixtures, comfortable bed with lots of pillows, robes, slippers, bathroom supplies, kitchen appliances/utensils, and complimentary wine. Located right on the water, you are in walking distance to a well-stocked grocery store, restaurants, shopping, the White Tower (with pick up for hop-on hop-off bus tours). Communication was excellent with immediate responses during booking and during my stay. Konstantino was extremely kind and allowed me to store my suitcase for early arrival and late departure. Can't say enough good things...100% perfect!
