Brigitte's house enjoys an idyllic location amidst fields and groves, with a postcard view of the village bell tower and surrounding countryside. The bay windows offer a nearly 360-degree view of nature, as do the terraces around the house. The garden – spacious and equipped with a small swing – is perfect for children. Convenience stores and supermarkets are all a 5–15 minute drive away. There are many activities in the local area and opportunities for walks from the house. The only downside might be the small size of the rooms for a family of 4 - it's quite livable but at the price of the overnight stay you could hope for a little more space. This is what justifies my moderate rating on the value for money while my other ratings are excellent.

We found Christine et Gildas very hospitable. The hosts were very accomodating when we changed our arrival plans to earlier. Gildas came to meet us and hand us the keys and gave us some helpful suggestions. The place itself is very beautiful and private and secure. We had parking for our largish van all within a secured remote gate. The garden is secluded and has a BBQ and outdoor furniture to suit. It is rustic but had all the modern comforts we would need. Our children were very happy with their sleeping arrangements and enjoyed the privacy and security the place provided. Everything was comfortable and the process of checking in and checking out was very smooth. 5 Stars.

We were three families (6 adults and 6 children). The home was perfect and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The large dining table for great for us all to eat together. The bedrooms were great and well spread out. Plenty of bathrooms and towels to deal with dirty children! The house was beautiful and the garden was amazing. The BBQ was great for one of the sunny evenings and the terrace was lovely. The children loved the garden to run around and the trampoline was a huge hit. It was a safe space to let the children run free and explore. The information about the village and surrounding area was very useful and we enjoyed some of the shops and restaurants. There is a lovely relaxed atmosphere in the village and down by the river. We all had a wonderful stay. Thank you for letting us use your stunning home. We would love to come back.

Don't hesitate to stay at the estate, everything is as advertised and in addition Oleg is friendly and very available for any questions or other. The house and its facilities offered us a haven of peace. What could be better than taking a pedal boat ride on the lake before going to relax in the sauna! Special mention to the campfire site which for me was a real favorite! In short, go for it!

Well located cottage, in the city center close to all shops, and at the gates of the upper city 🏡 We started our stay with the troubadours banquet (very immersive medieval banquet with show in a beautiful vaulted room) which is 200m from the cottage, followed the next day by an exciting guided tour of the city's underground (the entrance is right in front of the banquet). Many visits and shows are also possible in the upper city, reservation to be provided in advance because seats are limited! The cottage was tastefully decorated, very warm and well appointed. We slept very well there despite the proximity to the city center. The car park on Rue Sainte Croix makes it easy to park the car if the spaces on the adjacent streets were to be taken. The house is full of charm, the small inner courtyard is very pleasant for sunny days ☀️ Thanks to Virginia for her communication and responsiveness

Great weekend rental! The cottage is super cozy in a beautiful setting, heron and squirrel in sight for breakfast it's always a pleasure! We had a great relaxing weekend with the girls! The accommodation is welcoming, warm and very clean, the reality is even better than the photos! The amenities offered are very comprehensive. The terrace area is very relaxing with its view of nature, perfect for a quiet and peaceful stay. The hosts are very friendly, attentive and responsive. Don't hesitate, I recommend it 100%! I would recommend it 100%. The apartment is very clean, modern, well decorated and bright. There is everything you need on site, nothing is missing. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and secure, with a very convenient independent entrance (key box) and a parking space in the basement. No complaints, everything was really impeccable. Would definitely stay if I have a chance!

Le Carpe Diem was a great place to stay for my climbing trip to Fontainebleau! The home was comfortable and cozy. Honestly, the pictures don't do justice to this cottage. We chose it a little blind, and what a nice surprise! The place is hot: spacious, modern, super comfortable, with a crazy view of the forest. Perfect for disconnecting without being too far from the city. The hosts are at the top, available and attentive. And then the hot tub + spa… a real gem. We recommend it without a second thought!

Louise and Fred are very friendly and flexible hosts. The accommodation was excellent—beautiful, cozy, and clean. It had a well-equipped kitchen, a large 4K TV, and good Wi-Fi. It was also quiet. Although it's located near a railway, we never found the passing trains to be disturbing. Highly recommended!

Very nice short stay. Very well located apartment in the heart of the old town, in a charming setting with a very beautiful garden and a small terrace that offers a superb viewpoint. Easy to park nearby. The apartment itself is small but well arranged. It's a little under-equipped in the kitchen. It was very clean and refurbished. The lack of curtains makes you feel a lack of privacy, but it's a strictly personal feeling. Thank you for this short stay!

The house had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen. We stayed here with our two kids (3 &1) and they loved that Suzanne had toys available. The yard was quiet and a great space to play for the kids. The neighborhood was very quiet, but within walking distance to baker, grocerys, restaurants and playground. Easy to find parking. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Well decorated and clean accommodation. Impeccable bedding, the four of us slept well in the accommodation. Beware of small sizes, the bowls are in the top cupboard, I had to call on my son 1.70 m...😅 and if you put the car in the garage don't forget to take it out before your departure because you need the remote control to open the gate from the inside. Otherwise pleasant stay.

The accommodation was well located, in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The photos perfectly matched the reality, and everything was clean when we arrived. The bedding was comfortable, and the equipment was as described. We especially appreciated the size of the living room . The accommodation is well spaced and allowed our child to have fun . The view from the , the proximity to shops and especially the responsiveness of the host . I will not hesitate to return for a second soon.
