Our stay at Xavier's house was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The renovation seems to have been very recent. All facilities are new and of excellent quality. Unfortunately, we did not have the time or opportunity to make use of the outdoor areas (lounge, barbecue and pool). The hammam wasn't available, but it wasn't needed. I highly recommend the property.

Charming stone house, very nice with its terrace, foosball, some games for children, the pool and right next to a large garden with goats, Lol (the very playful dog) and a trampoline. Perfect for our family and our 4 boys. The house is well-equipped and the bedding comfortable. The hosts are nice and welcoming. In the surrounding area, some very nice museums and the Etampes recreation area which is ideal for families. Recommended if you want to get out of Paris without too much traffic.

Jessica and her children's house was perfect for our stay with friends. The children had plenty to enjoy outside (trampoline, swing, balls, etc.) or inside (board games, extra-ordinary game room). Adults also around the spacious terrace, cozy living room and quality barbecue (not to mention the jacuzzi). Jessica was a very considerate and accommodating host, even by interposed messages. The 5 adults, 3 children and baby who were present during this stay ALL recommend a stay in Poligny :-)!

We had a great night in this accommodation which perfectly matches the photos and description. The host is very welcoming, responsive, accommodating and concerned about the well-being of his guests, which is really appreciated. The setting is pleasant and conducive to relaxation: between the jacuzzi, the pool, table tennis and badminton, there is plenty to enjoy! I would recommend it in a second.

The house and setting is beautiful. Excellent bedding. It was really great. The only small downside is that there were no photos of the outdoor staircase to access the house. The person accompanying me is prone to dizziness and had difficulty descending due to the void and no ramp. Same for toddlers... there is still a risk that they will fall inadvertently...

We were already at Sébastien's for the second time, and as the first time, we had a great time there. If you are looking for peace and want to get into the surrounding forests, this is the place to be! Sébastien was always easy to reach and was able to help with everything. We will be happy to come back! Thank you for everything!

We stayed here to relax and rest before a long trip, and the place perfectly met our expectations. The accommodation is as described, tastefully decorated, and very nice. Its location, close to Charles de Gaulle Airport, is a real asset. Emre was very responsive and really kind. We will not hesitate to return if we return to this area! 🙏

A lovely little house with a beautiful yard, only a ten minute walk to the train station or the shops of Nemours. We stayed for a month in order to rock climb and explore the Fontainebleau forest, for which this place made a perfect home base (off-street parking, garage for crash pads, etc). Laetitia was very welcoming, responsive, and truly went above and beyond providing baby gear and toys for our stay. I would book it again in a heartbeat.

Aude's place is spotless. The bedding is super comfortable, everything was clean, easy to find, it had everything you need for cooking. The accommodation is super nicely decorated which made our stay even more enjoyable. Aude is super welcoming and very helpful! This weekend was perfect, we would definitely recommend a stay at Aude's.

Great stay at Caroline's, we are very happy to have been able to recharge in this very peaceful little village. The house is very cute, clean and well-equipped, a little + for the sunny garden with morning coffee! ☕️ I would recommend it 100%

Everything was perfect at Marie-Christine's! A real little cocoon: nice decor, beautiful standing, quiet and relaxing setting. We had a lovely stay at Matthias and Julie's. The cottage was beautiful, neat and spacious. The forest is a 5-minute walk away, and the supermarket is nearby. Ideal base for hiking and bouldering. The cottage was very complete, the kitchenware very extensive, even basic ingredients, cake form, etc. The beds were wonderful and very nice bedding. A lovely sunny garden. We will definitely come back!

Very nice house with swallows who come to welcome visitors. 😍 The location is ideal for a wedding at the Launay mill or a stay with friends /family. It is very well-equipped in the original spirit of airbnb, you feel like it's a family home. Communication went smoothly and was very nice: thank you again!

A great stay in the house offered by Laurence. Tastefully decorated, Laurence welcomed us when we were available. House nestled in a green setting, very quiet, well-equipped, very spacious (there were 11 of us and we didn't step on each other's toes at all, responsive hosts, tastefully decorated, many activities possible on site. On the other hand, not very well signposted. We had to ask neighbors but it's really not a big deal. It's only for the first time and we'll definitely be back.
