This place is perfect ! A little piece of Fontaine bleau heaven . Our Host Aurélien thought of everything for our stay. He really went above and beyond from welcome to check out. The apartment is beautiful inside and everything is how described . The location is perfect . We feel lucky to have found this little Gem and hope it won’t be long again until we can return here . Great little apartment. Plenty of room. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom - very clean and modern and plenty of hot water. Very easy to deal with owner. Super responsive.

schone kamer in Haar Potter-stijl. je moet twee heel oude houten trappen op om bij de woning te komen. soms hoor je de buren maar verder heel rustig.

Incredible stay. The apartment is updated, beautiful and spacious. The grounds are very peaceful and maintained. The location is right across the street from the chateau, can’t beat it. Charles and Melis were wonderful to interact with and even went the extra mile by kindly offering to help us navigate the local real estate market. Highly recommend!

Magischer Garten mit ruhiger überschaubarer kleiner Wohnung. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, unkompliziert und entspannt. Wunderschöner Ausgang in den Wald über Hinterhof, super Lage in sehr nahe gelegene Bouldergebiete. Auch unkompliziert mit Baby und Hund.

Excellent emplacement, très tranquille: on a l'impression d'être en campagne, mais à côté du château! Tous les restos et emplettes à faire (y compris le marché) se font à pied. Très bon réseau de bus à proximité pour les excursions. Dominique a été très accommodante et réactive.

L’appartement était parfait : super bien situé, proche de tout, dans un quartier agréable. Il était très propre, spacieux et bien aménagé, exactement comme sur les photos. Je m’y suis sentie vraiment à l’aise. La communication avec l’hôte était simple et fluide. Je recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

L'appartement de Marika est très fonctionnel et agréable, idéal pour un week-end à Fontainebleau, à proximité du château et de très nombreux commerces et restaurants. Le parking est un réel plus ! Très bonne communication également. Merci, nous recommandons vivement !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiance Seine. Our hosts, Laurence and Andrew were very friendly, and provided a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully and professionally decorated. We were especially thankful for the luxurious KING sized bed! The kitchen was nicely outfitted, and I also want to mention the huge bathtub. That too was a treat. We cooked most of our meals so appreciated the great kitchen and appliances. It has a large screen TV, but we spent most of our time watching the vessel traffic right in front of the property. On our last day, we rented one of their electric boats to explore the Seine and connecting canal. There are three other apartments in their building, but noise level and privacy were never an issue. There is no vehicle traffic as this is the last property on the lane.

Notre séjour chez Samantha s'est très bien passé, Samantha a été très réactive et le logement était très propre ! Emplacement du logement à proximité en voiture de points d'intérêts.

Très belle appartement et très propre! Emplacement très calme et près de tous. Hôte accueillant et réactif quelque soit la demande. Plusieurs capsule de café et de thé à l’arrivée,ce qui est habituellement rare chez d’autres. Je recommande!

Super endroit très reposant et sympa , ont est en face de la seine si ont veut se promener, logement identique à la photo, très propre et hôte très réactif au moindre besoin. je reviendrai avec mon mari 👍
