The Rusty Bear is our awesome home in Procter Point. Our rock beach on Kootenay Lake gives way to a world of watersports possibilities including kayaking, SUP and world-class fishing. The small community of Procter offers a General Store (complete with fuel and liquor) as well as the Village Bakery (with their famous cinnamon buns). Hiking and biking the Proctologist trails are just out the front door. Golfing is around the corner. Dining, if not on our amazing deck, is a short drive.

This perfect little heritage home has recently been restored to an immaculate & very high end state, boasting unique bedrooms and furnishings, and everything you might need to feel right at home during your stay. A 10 min walk to the beach, and no more than that to any amenity in town that you might require while here.
