Family-friendly vacation rentals in Negros

We had an extremely pleasant stay. Felt very comfortable and very close to the Ocean park as well as the SM Seaside mall.

The hosts were amazing, especially with recomendations on what to do and see in the local area. They were always a great help. Would recommend to anyone visiting Bohol and Panglao.

Pros: Great location. Walkable to resturants like McDonald's, Jolibee & Chowking. The building also had a place for currency exchange. Great space for family. Cons: Could not use the stove top. Even with the manual, I could not get it to turn on. A/C needs to be cleaned. Overall, for the price and the location, I would definitly book this place again in the future.

The place was very big, better than staying in a small hotel room and had a nice large outside balcony. Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi worked well. We liked that it had all the amenities you need for cooking and reheating and having a fridge freezer to have cold drinks with ice was great. The garden was well kept and the shared pool was very clean and inviting. The host was very responsive to a few queries we had and the spa bath was a nice touch, we only used it once on our last night wish I had tried it earlier. Guard there 24 hours and the maintenance / gardener guy was very friendly. Nice place away from the noise and not too far of a walk to Alona beach area, no real need for a tricycle but they are available just out side the gate most times. Just watch that you don't get over charged like our first trip, we new the going rate from then on. Hired a car for a day/night and was able to park it securely for only 100 peso a day. I think if you rent motor bike Its free.

Gloria was the best Airbnb host we have ever had. She always went above and beyond our expectations to make our stay of a month excellent. what ever we needed she was always right there to provide for our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay during the weekend. It was really fun, we enjoyed the amenities and even Ma’am Dizah was really welcoming. The house help was really accommodating and helped us carry our things during our arrival. Looking forward for more gatherings to be held at Seaview Hill 🫶🏼

Had a fantastic time at Kevin's place. After arriving we quickly settled in and felt right at home. Kevin was very helpful in pointing out to us points of interest such as beaches, ATMs, waterfalls and other sights. Kevin always responded quickly via the Airbnb chat and was always happy to have a chat in person in case we had a question about something. Would definitely recommend Kevin's place to other travellers, private area away from the crowds with a beach a quick walk away with stunning scenery and a fantastic view of the sunset from the property.

Be sure to follow the instructions listed on the listing on how to get there, NOT, I repeat, NOT the default google/apple maps/waze as it will take you to a random house somewhere. I found the directions on the listing and followed it and was able to get to the place. This place is just walking distance to the main strip where the restaurants, bars, stores, and parties take place, but surprisingly, it was really, really quiet and peaceful! You couldn’t hear any noise, unless you start screaming. So if you’re a party animal, but also want some “me” time when you’re exhausted from all the parties and stuff, this is the place to be. The place was clean, and private. Meaning I had a fenced small villa/cottage. Toilet & Bath was clean. Has a safe for your passports/docs. If you have a scooter/motorcycle, you can even park it in your yard. If you have a car, they have a designated parking lot on the property too. Overall, the experience was great.

Another great stay at the glass house. We enjoyed our stay. The home keeps getting better and the caretaker of the property (Tata) is great. We’ve been visiting for nearly 10 years!

Great place to stay. Close to City Mall, gated, a lot of parking space for guests with cars. The house itself is very spacious, and felt at home.

Our stay at Yami’s Pad was an unforgettable experience; the place was comfy and clean. The host, Ms. Rhea is very friendly and very helpful. She replies right away every time we message her, and makes sure to cater our needs. Yami’s Pad is highly recommended. Loved our time and will surely visit again.

Good location nice room stay in this location at least 10 times. This was probably one of my favorite units very well organized, and clean, not cluttered with unnecessary items.

Mon's place is clean and worth the price. Feels like home,peaceful and safe. Spacious suitable for family stay. The place is near Nustar Mall, lantaw resto and Il corso. Recommendable.

This is an amazing place to stay. The security is well-managed. I made a last-minute reservation, but the host, Nin, responded quickly. I truly appreciate it. The room was very clean. The only thing that concerned me was the smell from the drain. It might be an issue for those staying long-term. However, you can use the aroma humidifier in the room, and the smell won’t be a problem. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Worth recommended! What I love about Miss Nanette place is the view outside the window. It is so relaxing everytime I see the trees all color green. Also their CR is huge and very clean. Miss Nanette is so friendly and helpful, she make sure that everything that I requested is there and she made it sure that I will be comfortable. She is pro active as well. The community are so friendly especially the guards and the utility staff.
