It was away from the more busy streets, making it peaceful and quiet. Definitely worth the solace.

Communication was top notch. The property was in a private place but tips for transport and food came in very handy. Condo is close to nearby beaches

We had an extremely pleasant stay. Felt very comfortable and very close to the Ocean park as well as the SM Seaside mall.

The hosts were amazing, especially with recomendations on what to do and see in the local area. They were always a great help. Would recommend to anyone visiting Bohol and Panglao.

Everything was perfect

Pros: Great location. Walkable to resturants like McDonald's, Jolibee & Chowking. The building also had a place for currency exchange. Great space for family. Cons: Could not use the stove top. Even with the manual, I could not get it to turn on. A/C needs to be cleaned. Overall, for the price and the location, I would definitly book this place again in the future.

The place was very big, better than staying in a small hotel room and had a nice large outside balcony. Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi worked well. We liked that it had all the amenities you need for cooking and reheating and having a fridge freezer to have cold drinks with ice was great. The garden was well kept and the shared pool was very clean and inviting. The host was very responsive to a few queries we had and the spa bath was a nice touch, we only used it once on our last night wish I had tried it earlier. Guard there 24 hours and the maintenance / gardener guy was very friendly. Nice place away from the noise and not too far of a walk to Alona beach area, no real need for a tricycle but they are available just out side the gate most times. Just watch that you don't get over charged like our first trip, we new the going rate from then on. Hired a car for a day/night and was able to park it securely for only 100 peso a day. I think if you rent motor bike Its free.

Regien was very responsive and went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. We are thankful he took us in even with our very last minute booking since we had problems with our previous reservation. The place was very clean and the caretaker provided us the things we need. The place and the view outside the balcony was lovely. We will definitely come back again

Gloria was the best Airbnb host we have ever had. She always went above and beyond our expectations to make our stay of a month excellent. what ever we needed she was always right there to provide for our needs.

Be sure to follow the instructions listed on the listing on how to get there, NOT, I repeat, NOT the default google/apple maps/waze as it will take you to a random house somewhere. I found the directions on the listing and followed it and was able to get to the place. This place is just walking distance to the main strip where the restaurants, bars, stores, and parties take place, but surprisingly, it was really, really quiet and peaceful! You couldn’t hear any noise, unless you start screaming. So if you’re a party animal, but also want some “me” time when you’re exhausted from all the parties and stuff, this is the place to be. The place was clean, and private. Meaning I had a fenced small villa/cottage. Toilet & Bath was clean. Has a safe for your passports/docs. If you have a scooter/motorcycle, you can even park it in your yard. If you have a car, they have a designated parking lot on the property too. Overall, the experience was great.

Had a fantastic time at Kevin's place. After arriving we quickly settled in and felt right at home. Kevin was very helpful in pointing out to us points of interest such as beaches, ATMs, waterfalls and other sights. Kevin always responded quickly via the Airbnb chat and was always happy to have a chat in person in case we had a question about something. Would definitely recommend Kevin's place to other travellers, private area away from the crowds with a beach a quick walk away with stunning scenery and a fantastic view of the sunset from the property.

A home away from home. The place is nearby good restaurants in the Villa Baybay such as Tatoys, Breakthrough and Stanleys. Near City center - our grab from the airbnb to molo plaza is around 100+ only. Thus location-wise, great steal. The place is comfortable and provides ac in each room and a fan in the living/kitchen. Clean towels and linens, no dusts in the furniture and flooring. Water pressure is good also with bidet in both cr (one in the upper floor and one in the first floor) Plus points is they provided water for us to drink.

Cozy Stay with Great Comfort – But a Car is Recommended I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb! The place is cozy, clean, and comes with all the essentials you’d need for a comfortable visit. The air conditioning works really well, which made the stay even more relaxing. It’s located inside a subdivision, so it’s quiet and secure, but you’ll need a car or ride to get around more easily. The good news is there are small convenience stores within the subdivision for quick needs. The playground is well-maintained and great for kids. The only downside was that the swimming pool wasn’t very clean during our stay. Still, I would definitely book this home again if we ever visit Cebu — it’s also conveniently close to the airport, which is a big plus!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at Maria’s – Our Second Time! This was our second time staying at Maria’s accommodation, and once again we were extremely satisfied! If you’re planning a trip to Dumaguete, we highly recommend staying in Valencia a peaceful and cozy town just 20 minutes outside the city, perfect for finding some quiet and relaxation. As always, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. One of the best things is that you can rent a scooter or car directly from the accommodation at a very reasonable price. It makes it super easy to get around and explore the area on your own ,really convenient! Overall, a fantastic place to stay. Comfortable, quiet, and with everything you need. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

A great quiet place to relax. You can use the shared pool on a hot day and organize a dinner on the roof. The room is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable long stay and self-catering. Wi-Fi is normal. Shops and restaurants are 5-7 minutes walk away. There were no problems communicating with the owner. It was a little difficult to find the address of the accommodation, so when you enter the address in Google, indicate Hermag Village and the security guard at the entrance will guide you. Thanks to the owner for the warm welcome. If possible, I will definitely come back here again.

Mixed-Use Complex There’s a grocery store and casual dining on the first floor, plus a kids’ café on the second—so convenient! Friendly Host The host is amazing—responds to messages within 5 minutes!

We had a pleasure in staying at Joy's place in Amalfi Oasis for 5 days. Very convenient around SRP and great restaurants at iL Corso and SM sea side. A WYSIWYG place. Communication was excellent when we ask for an early check-in, proactive recommendations, and instructions. Highly recommend for a family who wanted to have a quiet place with amenities. kid's had fun in the pool. they have available gym also, but if you want to run outdoors, CDM is 5mins walk where runners and cyclists go.

Our stay at Miss Marites' Airbnb in Dumaguete was absolutely wonderful. Despite our late arrival, Miss Marites was incredibly responsive and made our check-in process seamless. The property is a haven of peace and tranquility, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time there. The surroundings are serene, and the atmosphere is perfect for unwinding.
