What as great place. Perfect for a family. While the beach is not huge- it is just fantastic for snorkeling. The shore along the hotel is fantastic. Swimming across the channel~300 m brings u to Boobey cay which is fantastic! Great house. No restaurant at the point but lots of great stuff close! Will come back. Recommend to any family w kids

Carol’s place felt like a home away from home: comfortable, well stocked (kitchen, bathrooms, games, hangers), nicely decorated, clean, comfortable beds. Great location on beach and walkable to restaurants and groceries. Would stay again!

Great location!! Right on 7 mile beach, but set back enough for privacy and peace. Perfect location on the beach itself, close walk to the beach bars and restaurants, and a grocery store. Plenty to do right there in walking distance, including bars, restaurants, boat charters, beach rentals, etc. Great alternative if you want to enjoy the beach without being stuck in a hotel/resort.

The room was as shown in the photos, with all the necessities! The salt water pool was fantastic and had amazing views at sunset. There’s also a very nice white sand private beach. Thomas and Dwayne were responsive and friendly. The Internet worked well! I will be visiting again soon!

This Airbnb is so serene that it just melts the stress away. I woke up to sunlight and the most beautiful view in world for five days. The view alone made this place worth every single penny. I traveled with my husband and two children (11yo, 1yo). Due to us traveling with an infant, we were quite limited by activities available to us so the private beach and pool certainly saved the vacation. My infant son couldn’t get enough of the beach, he would cry for us to go out to the water and return sleepy, ready for bed. The driver assigned to the house, Daston, made the trip feel safe. He was reliable, he walked us into different establishments to ensure we were treated fairly (received decent prices) and helped us navigate. He charge very fair prices. This place was just a dream, I definitely would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone searching for a place to stay. Yes, there is not much in walking distance but that’s just the nature of Negril. BOOK NOW!

What an amazing two week stay we (2 adults 2 children) have had in this apartment! It was so spacious and clean and absolutely perfect. The facilities were fantastic, every thing you could need - literally a home from home. The lounge area was wonderfully comfortable to sit and chill, and breakfast out on the spacious terrace was just the perfect start to the day. It was about 30 paces down to the glorious beach, which had plenty of beach beds and lots of shade from the trees if you didn’t want to be out in the sun. It really is a perfect condo - so much so, we booked again before we even left.

One of the best stays I have had. Place is exactly as shown in the pictures. If you are a beach lover or just prefer a lovely scenery/sunset; This place is right on the beach. The unit is so neat, clean, comfortable & cozy. I had to extend; You will not want to leave. 10/10. Host is also quite personable and friendly. I am already looking forward to staying again! I had a great stay at Jason's place! The space was clean, private, and very welcoming—perfect for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Phillip was a great host: super responsive and friendly, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would book again in the future!

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at the Butterfly House! This was hands down one of my favorite Airbnbs yet. The space is stunning! & thoughtfully designed, super clean, and the views? Absolutely breathtaking. ☺️ One of the highlights for me was the gorgeous garden. 🌸 It felt like stepping into a tropical paradise, with vibrant flowers and lush greenery framing the most perfect ocean view. Whether I was enjoying my morning coffee outside or unwinding at sunset, it was pure magic. Beyond the beautiful setting, Verna and Ben were the sweetest hosts. So responsive, so thoughtful, and always making sure I had everything I needed. Their hospitality made the stay even more special. If you’re looking for a peaceful, picture-perfect getaway in Negril, this is the place! I’d come back in a heartbeat.

The pictures somehow undersell this AMAZING townhouse and property. Everything was perfect, as soon as we entered the property we felt welcomed. The townhouse was spotless and there were fresh beach towels, bath towels and linens in each room. The property itself is breathtaking with amazing views and beautiful sunsets. I can't wait for our next Negril trip so we can rebook!

Great stay! Everything about this place was perfect. Located 5 minutes from the airport, walking distance to many nightly attractions, food, the beach, etc. The place itself was beautiful and modernized, every room had A/C, the water was hot, and everything we needed was provided. The host was also very accommodating and checked on us to make sure things were well. I would 100% stay here again

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described in the listing, and it was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything my friends & I needed. The host was responsive and made sure I had all the information I needed for a smooth check-in. They were also very nice & welcoming. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Kareta is always on point! Very pleasant person. Whenever I go back home this is the place i stay. Makes me feel like I’m home. I will always recommend Kareta place.

The experience was amazing we had a responsive host on whom we could call on at any time he made efforts to get us everything we needed. The property was beautiful looks even better than in the photos. The community was very secure. There were a lot of activities to participate in without having to leave the community over all it was a 10/10 experience

Absolute Paradise Found! We just returned from the most incredible vacation at the stunning Villa Sweet J in Negril, Jamaica, and I'm still reeling from the experience! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a treat. The villa's breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, impeccably manicured gardens, sparkling pool, and the ocean set the tone for a week of pure relaxation and indulgence. The villa was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every amenity imaginable. The location was ideal - right in front of a beautiful beach. Restaurants and attractions are within walking distance or a short drive to the "7 miles beach". Yet, the villa's secluded setting provided the ultimate retreat from the world. We spent the days lounging by the beach and enjoying the delicious meals prepared by the villa's talented chef (yes, you read that right!). The housekeeper, Celina, is more than a chef. She's a fantastic person. Rating: 6/5 (yes, it's that good)

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shawnn’s place; it felt like home, and we had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and highly responsive to all our questions and suggestions. If you're considering it, definitely book this place—you won't regret it. Great location also ! this place is great for kids and families. there is a trampoline and everything the kids need for the pool: towels, shade, chairs, floaties! there's a pack n play, lots of pillows and blankets. super soft bedding and comfortable beds. allllll the comforts of home. chefs kitchen, and a killer back patio. lucea is a great halfway between negril and Mobay. the scheme is safe and clean. community space is lovely. all in all it eas the perfect fit for the kind of trip to jamaica we were looking for.
