Waterfront vacation rentals in Negril

I have just come back from Jamaica and all I can say is wow. The apartment was perfect and I felt like I was home from home. The host Stephen was excellent so friendly and helped with suggestion for things to do, also introduced me to neighbours in case I needed anything. I would highly recommend this place and cannot wait to return.

Wonderful stay! Petronia is a spectacular hostess! Location is amazing, not too far from the hip strip and very close to most local beaches. Fridge had bottled waters when we arrived, which was incredible since we couldn’t stop at a store on the way. Such a wonderful extended weekend! Thank you, Petronia! We will be back. :)

We stayed a week. Place is as described. We give the place 5 stars. Few things to know. The beach access is 5 minutes down the road & is small with only having a washroom on site. Can not purchase anything. Closest grocery store is a 40 minute walk or a short cab ride. The unit could use having a cheat sheet on how to use the TV & appliances. You will need to pickup or bring with you coffee & filters, laundry soap & any condinments / spices you enjoy. None of these items were deal breakers for us & we found the unit / complex clean & safe. If we do decide to return to Montego Bay we for sure would consider staying at this unit.

This was the most beautiful place to stay in Jamaica. I visit at least twice a year and I always do resorts. But this time we wanted something quiet with more privacy and this spot exceeded our expectations. It was extremely spacious and we were able to enjoy all aspects of the property. The pool was nice especially at night. Ample amount of parking. We left our doors unlocked overnight and nothing was stolen out of the car. Anytime we come back to Jamaica, we will make sure to book this location. The views every morning was a plus!

I had a lovely stay at Sara's apartment. I have stayed at 2 other units in this building and Sara's is the most beautiful thus far. The view from the balcony was incredible. She has hot water, air conditioner, fans, plenty of towels for the bath or beach. My favorite thing that she had was jigsaw puzzles! I spent many hours working on a few of those, which was a nice throwback activity to do..without staring at a screen. But if screens are your thing-- her WIFI had no issues, it was fast ! And she has two smart TV's + cable! Sara herself was very communicative and helpful leading up to and after my stay. I also love that the unit is actually her home, and not just a rental property...that's special. You can feel the personality and the love and care that went into furnishing this incredible unit. I had a lovely stay, and would definitely recommend.

Jackie was a great host. Available for all questions. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils so we could cook if wanted. Never needed to use AC units since the cross breeze is wonderful.

Great location!! Right on 7 mile beach, but set back enough for privacy and peace. Perfect location on the beach itself, close walk to the beach bars and restaurants, and a grocery store. Plenty to do right there in walking distance, including bars, restaurants, boat charters, beach rentals, etc. Great alternative if you want to enjoy the beach without being stuck in a hotel/resort.

You have a beautiful home in a peaceful, idyllic setting. Your team was a major reason we had such an incredible vacay. Miss Smith was so warm, informative, went way out of her way w special extras (tu 4 laundry service). She and Chef Derlisha made my husband feel so special on his bday with decorations, balloons, hbd song and yummy dinner/cake/candle! (gained 5 lbs from Chef D’s cooking) Chef D was so sweet, loved seeing her each am. Chef Amera - divine lobster/steak dinner. Loved all our breakfasts, Esp floating. Mr.Blake - a fantastic tour guide, driver, Jamaica historian, photographer, concierge! His recos for eats (pier 1, hboat), tours (Marley, boat),shopping, lunch (pork pit!) - we loved him! felt so very well taken care of. One issue - we didn’t realize was paying cash & atms daily max was not enuf! Our bad - not yours!

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at the Butterfly House! This was hands down one of my favorite Airbnbs yet. The space is stunning! & thoughtfully designed, super clean, and the views? Absolutely breathtaking. ☺️ One of the highlights for me was the gorgeous garden. 🌸 It felt like stepping into a tropical paradise, with vibrant flowers and lush greenery framing the most perfect ocean view. Whether I was enjoying my morning coffee outside or unwinding at sunset, it was pure magic. Beyond the beautiful setting, Verna and Ben were the sweetest hosts. So responsive, so thoughtful, and always making sure I had everything I needed. Their hospitality made the stay even more special. If you’re looking for a peaceful, picture-perfect getaway in Negril, this is the place! I’d come back in a heartbeat.

The pictures somehow undersell this AMAZING townhouse and property. Everything was perfect, as soon as we entered the property we felt welcomed. The townhouse was spotless and there were fresh beach towels, bath towels and linens in each room. The property itself is breathtaking with amazing views and beautiful sunsets. I can't wait for our next Negril trip so we can rebook!

This place was very clean compared to most places I’ve rented. The Oneil was very helpful without making an itinerary for excursions and set up our rides. He basically planned the whole trip and I’m not disappointed. Our driver Delyon was amazing. He helped us find local authentic places to eat and catered to my potty brakes during king car rides. Theresa was also amazing and very patient with us. Definitely a place we will return to!

Carol’s place felt like a home away from home: comfortable, well stocked (kitchen, bathrooms, games, hangers), nicely decorated, clean, comfortable beds. Great location on beach and walkable to restaurants and groceries. Would stay again!

The pictures does no justice. This place was Beautiful! The view was amazing and the staff was very polite and friendly! I would DEFINITELY book this place again if I ever come back to Montego Bay! Highly recommend!

What an amazing two week stay we (2 adults 2 children) have had in this apartment! It was so spacious and clean and absolutely perfect. The facilities were fantastic, every thing you could need - literally a home from home. The lounge area was wonderfully comfortable to sit and chill, and breakfast out on the spacious terrace was just the perfect start to the day. It was about 30 paces down to the glorious beach, which had plenty of beach beds and lots of shade from the trees if you didn’t want to be out in the sun. It really is a perfect condo - so much so, we booked again before we even left.

Thanks for allowing me stay at your beautiful place. The ocean is right outside. Safe place as it’s gated. Felicia is a great host !!!

Amazing stay here! Looked just like the photos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the host was extremely responsive and helpful in every way. Utilized the prestocked groceries and the home chef and both were 100% worth it! The pool area is beautiful and a chair was always available. Walkability of the Airbnb is not ideal, but you can walk to a couple of restaurants (if you're okay with a 15-30 min walk - we were!!). The private driver was awesome and helped up get around to restaurants and the airport. A great stay and well worth the booking!

Honestly gorgeous gated community and condo with pool included. The view was amazing and communication was great, we were connected to a great driver while we were there and felt safe!!

This is a perfect spot to explore Montego Bay area. I enjoyed the access to the local restaurants and beaches. The Airbnb is exactly as it's pictured. Very clean! It is on a high hill so climbing up the hill and stairs as there's no elevator could be a challenge for elderly but I managed fine. The restaurant and bar onsite near the pool is a big bonus as after a long day at the beach it's convenient for socializing. I would definitely come again when I return to Jamaica. Thanks for your hospitality!!
