Location was great ! The accommodation was fine .. beautiful and above all clean room . Nice that there is a swimming pool. Communication with the host was fine, responds quickly. Kevin was so sweet! The only point of attention is that you need transportation to get somewhere

Great location!! Right on 7 mile beach, but set back enough for privacy and peace. Perfect location on the beach itself, close walk to the beach bars and restaurants, and a grocery store. Plenty to do right there in walking distance, including bars, restaurants, boat charters, beach rentals, etc. Great alternative if you want to enjoy the beach without being stuck in a hotel/resort.

Great place! This is my second time staying at this location and it was just as great as the first time! Philip is always great and accommodating! I also left my credit card there by accident and the cleaning crew/ Phillip were very honest and let me know I left it . I asked them to cut it up and throw it away and they did just that! I highly recommend staying here as I’m sure I’ll be back again!

The home is even more beautiful in person. The views are amazing and Jackie’s staff is so helpful! Chef Sheldon is responsible for the extra 10lbs I came back with! I am so looking forward to visiting this home again! It was clean, comfortable beds, spacious and Jackie is a very responsive host. She knows the area! I can’t say enough great things about this stay. Everything was perfect and as described. Neighborhood was safe, community pool was clean and quiet (but not many chairs available). I could go on but I will be back!

The hosts were great, very professional, very welcoming, always responded in a timely manner. They even accommodated me with early check in. I am very comfortable with their process, they respect privacy and all of the mentioned instructions and amenities were clear well thought out and available. I am definitely booking with them again! Petronia’s place was exactly what I ordered. I wanted this visit to be very calm, peaceful and quiet so that I can relax and reset. It was perfect for just that! The beach is very much walkable and its view is amazing. Would recommend bringing snacks if you plan to stay at the beach long. Also recommend going grocery shopping to cook food unless you plan to catch taxis into town to eat everyday. There’s a restaurant next door that’s great but menu is rather pricey and not much other walkable food options. Petronia is extremely responsive and accommodating. The pool on the property is great! Especially for a night swim! Security and groundskeepers are all super friendly !

Lighthouse Inn 2 was the peaceful retreat I was searching for my trip in Negril. The studio was squeeky clean especially the kitchen and shower which were easy to use and felt just like home. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe at all times inside the studio and outdoors within the property grounds, which were gated, and included beautiful foliage, singing (and humming) birds, ample tall light posts, two friendly pooches, and peaceful sounds of the forest to keep you company through the stay. Amazing stay! The owners were super helpful and responsive, they organized a great trip without us even asking for it! Also, it’s a gated community so as two girls traveling on our own we felt really safe there. Getting to the centre and other touristic attractions was just a few min ride. If you’re coming to Montego Bay that’s the place to stay! :)

Ricardo's condo unit was lovely. More spacious than pictures show and A/C in both bedrooms and living area was perfect. The fact each bedroom had a full bath was ideal. It was a very quiet, safe, locked community with excellent security. We were 3 senior citizen women who felt safe and found the walk to Doctor's Cave beach doable. There is a small grocery market on the walk to the beach with a friendly, helpful proprietor. you'll need a ride to a typical US size market. Only suggestions I could make would be for Ricardo to have some kitchen supplies such as plastic wrap, and some spices/sugar. Also a few mixing bowls would be helpful. It is difficult if you cook to have to buy most everything or have limited kitchen utensils. Salt and pepper was provided. We also did not use the washer/dryer as it is not a listed amenity, but did use the clothesline. We would stay again. In addition ask Ricardo for Pete Morgan's transportation contact. He is reliable and friendly as a driver.

You will not be disappointed. Denise and her staff, more like family, are friendly, attentive to your needs, accomodating, and fun. The location is perfect because you are close to the hustle and bustle of Montego Bay and Negril, but nestled in a cozy piece of Jamaican heaven. You can either enjoy a homecooked meal by Denise, herself, or the grillmaster, Patrick, either way, you will be full and your tastebuds will sing. There are fruit trees so I enjoyed picking a starfruit (my favorite) and delighting in how wonderful Jamaica is on the soul. Lastly, when I caught a little cold, Denise not only checked on me, she brought me medicine, delicious soup, and other things to help me get well soon. You will need a car to get around, but Denise and her team are available (for less than an Uber) to transport you to and from. I visit Jamaica several times a year and Denise’s is by far one of my favorite rental units I’ve stayed. If you are on the fence about booking, hop on off and book.

This is the 2nd unit of Raine’s that I’ve stayed in and just like before, she is an EXCEPTIONAL host! She’s very proactive and responsive. The unit was as described and I loved watching the ocean from the patio. I would definitely book with Raine again!

Nice place to stay

Absolutely loved Patricia's Air B N B. Spotless, clean, warm interior space. Great amenities, kitchen had what we needed to make a few meals. Great water pressure and hot water. My husband, son and I stayed nearly a week and we would have liked to stay an entire month. Patricia was very quick to respond, helpful in every way. Freeport is always one of my favorite neighborhoods to stay in MoBay, 24 hour security, quiet and always feel safe. The condo unit overlooks the pool, short walk across the property to view the beautiful bay with sitting areas to watch boats coming in and out. Beach is across the street. Patricia can support you with taxi drivers and bus tours etc. but I like to have a car to get around. There is a yacht club next door serving meals and drinks with a beautiful view. The Boat House Grill is a unique experience about a mile away. If you are confident driving I would recommend renting a car. Overall I would 100% book again at this beautiful property with Patricia!

Great stay at Konstyantyn & Nadia’s, everything was as described. Just a short walk to harmony beach and lots of different food options. The view from the balcony was amazing and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment to make quick breakfast and go. Plus there is a pool with a gorgeous view if you don’t feel like walking to the beach. I would 100% recommend it. Best bang for your buck.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Our hosts were very responsive and helpful and had great recommendations for things to do locally. We loved having space for the kids, and our teenagers loved jumping from the rocks and tower and swimming in the ocean. Would definitely recommend!

Our trip to Negril as “locals” on vacation was amazing. Felicia thought of everything we’d need from lunch kits to bring food on the beach to a whole storage drawer with games of all ages. There were even fishing rods and complimentary coffee. This was a Blast. She made some amazing recommendations which saved us Tons of money especially with food delivery. If in doubt, send her a text or give her a call. We will be back and for longer next time, we can’t get enough of that view and the pristine beach and aquatic life. See you soon Fel

I went to Westmoreland for a family event and decided to stay in Negril. Maria's place is located in the heart of negril. it is in the halfway point between the Seven Mile Beach and the Cliff side where Rick's Cafe is located. It is a short walk to the straw market, the bank, Cambio (money exchange), Burger King and numerous restaurants, street food vendors and fruit stands. it is located in a gated community that once you enter the gate it gives a relaxed vibe. The unit is tastefully decorated, very clean and with updated appliances. Maria was engaged, I arrived late even and she checked in to make sure that I was fine, much appreciated. Check in was smooth, the security guards at the gate was very helpful and provided a seamless checking, they also assisted with information regarding local restaurants and places to visit. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend Maria's place to everyone.

My husband and I are frequent visitors to Jamaica, we have stayed at all inclusive hotels , regular hotels, Airbnb’s, this apartment was by far in the top 3 of places we have stayed we had an amazing vacation. The apartment was beautifully decorated, it had everything we needed. It did not disappoint. It was very quiet all staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. We would return without hesitation. We had a car so getting around was easy. If you stay here I would highly recommend renting a car or having a driver. They provided us with snacks water and flavored red stripe, it was a pleasant surprise. The red stripes are delicious. We are very particular, so I was a bit apprehensive about how it would be. It did not disappoint at all! We were very impressed. AC was perfect, water pressure great! Bed super comfortable all linens were clean. TV was great, plenty of options. Views from the balcony wonderful. We didn’t use the pool but it was very clean. Great home!

From our arrival to departure we throughly enjoyed our stay at Serene's beautiful and most suitable apartment. The gated complex is located 10 minutes from the airport by car and well maintained and quiet. The area includes high end hotels and gated complexes. No Police in sight just nice, peaceful and safe. The facilities are excellent including the infinity pool overlooking the marina. Now the beach is a short stroll away and as residents you're allowed to enjoy the quiet, private, secluded, crystal clear, warm water, white sandy beach. No sellers, a friendly security guard a few meters away. The beach gently slopes into the amazing sea and it's quite frankly a piece of paradise. The apartment, well where do I start. You never quite know what to expect, but the photos don't do it justice. It's lovely, a home from home. Comfortable with every listing in excellent condition and working order. Its special, we loved it, you will too. Book it if it's available you will not regret it.
