Motasim is a great host, highly supportive and responsive. We also liked the house which was clean, cozy, and well maintained.

Pros: - Fantastic service. Rizwan was very responsive during our comms, he provided clear instructions, travel advice and went the extra mile. - Very accomodating host, despite having an almost fully reserved place, he arranged our accommodation as per our requirement. - The housekeeper was very efficient and friendly. - It is located in a nice secluded place, just the right distance from the main bazaar so that you don't get the noise but are still able to get anything you need from the shops. - Please keep in mind, it is not a hotel. It is a value proposition offering a private accomodating at very very reasonable rates so please bear that in mind. Cons: The road from bazaar up to the actual place is a bit rough but definitely do-able.

I had a wonderful two-night stay at this guest house. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The peaceful atmosphere made for a relaxing experience. Specially Uncle Abdul Ghafoor, very responsible person at place. Highly recommend it and will definitely return! Thank you Ezza for this best experience at your guest house.

I had to stay at Asim's place for 2 days with my family. The host was very cooperative and humble. He was always responsive and tried to mitigate all the issues we faced at his place. overall it's a huge place with large rooms, furniture is also as per description. bedding and cleanliness can be a bit improved, but overall satisfied. The place had a wonderful natural sorrundings. if you want to stay at the place for whole day without any outing, then also it's a great place with lots of peace. The servant Zubair is also a very humble and cooperative/active person. You don't need to ask him to do the dishes/ clean the kitchen. he does this himself. internet was down for first day but it was a line issue, not owner's fault. i am very much glad and satisfied that i selected Asim's place to stay. It was worth it. 5 stars for cooperative nature of host, 5 stars for his communication, ane 5 stars for the beautiful place he let us for vacation. Bundle of thanks
