Location cannot be beat! Have stayed in the condo complex before, but first time staying at this one. Loved the way the kitchen was setup. Really nice to sit on the 2nd floor balcony and relax at night. Will definately want to stay here again.

This getaway spot was amazing! Janina's place was super easy to find and had great parking options even some for thoes with boats/ trailers. The area in and outside was clean. The kitchen had spices, tea and coffee, and many cooking appliances. The bathroom was also fully stocked with things we may have needed. The bed was very comfortable and clean as well. There were extra super soft blankets and towels that were much appreciated. Also very central to amazing food and sites but not too much in the hustle and bustle of their busier areas. Would love to stay here again anytime!!

The condo was clean, cozy and easy to access! I was especially impressed with the host, Nicholas, who communicated with such friendliness and clarity. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was perfect for my husband and myself. It had everything that we needed, even the salt & pepper and coffee. We didn’t need the extra bedroom, except that’s were I put my shopping bags lol

Spent a great weekend right on the river. The entire place was clean with a comfy bed and the kitchen had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful time. House was beautiful with a fantastic layout. The backyard/pool was fantastic and we spent many hours outside. The kitchen has nice appliances and cookware. The entire house was clean and well kept. Location was a bit further from the center of town, but we loved the quiet. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed staying at Ruben’s place. It has lots of room with a nice pool and outdoor space. Ruben was very responsive and helpful.

It was a pleasure to stay at John's house. We rented it for a whole month while we moved to Kingman. It was a big help to have a home base while looking for a home, and getting it ready for move in. Much better than staying in a hotel. Also our dogs loved it there and the owners have 2 dog doors in the house! It was just my husband and I, but I would highly reccomended this house for a large family or group, plenty of room.

Joan’s place was cheery, comfortable, and clean, exactly like what was shown in the pictures. There were plenty of towels, cups, kitchenware, and everything we needed for our stay. The instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear and straightforward. We didn’t need to get in touch with Joan at all during our stay. The house was very spacious and I would highly recommend staying here for couples and families alike.

Laura and Kenny were very friendly and caring people. They made sure you had everything you needed. It was a great location for our stay.

Irene's home is beautiful and clean, plenty of space for our family. Irene was friendly and had great communication.

Lynn and Michelle are wonderful hosts! They are very responsive to any needs. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It is the perfect location in Lake Havasu City. Many restaurants, the beach, Rotary Park, The Aquatic Center, downtown, the London Bridge area, shopping… all within walking distance. Great ! 10 stars! I choose airbnb by location. Location was 1 mile from lake ( i walked to lake everyday, body beach, london bridge, channel, rotary park). Best part - downtown area was one block by walking. Bowling, resturants, bars, and shops. Smiths grocery store was 1 block by walking. I felt right at home! I cooked everyday. I felt very safe. The pool was clean and warm. The bed comfy and clean. 2 TVs had many options. Bathroom was private and clean. I had everything I needed for a whole month! Communication was great and I felt the host was available to me when I had concern or q. I highly recommend this gem! AC system and WiFi works great. 1st floor easy access. Mail delivery was easy. Had plenty of towels. I am truly greatful for this amazing gem and the location really cannot be beat. I stayed for a month without a car and explored a lot of lake havasu lake and social scene. Thank you many times to my great host! Highly reccomend to solo and family travelers! Best!

The space was accurately described. Very functional and well maintained. The Host was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with. The views of London Bridge and the area are fantastic and you would be hard pressed to find a better location. Next time we are in the area we will check to see if this space is available and would take it again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely amazing stay at Ryan’s short-term rental in Lake Havasu! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the perfect location—just steps from the iconic London Bridge and right on the waterfront with jaw-dropping views. Waking up to the sunrise over the lake and winding down with the lights reflecting off the water at night felt like something out of a dream. The unit itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—everything was thoughtfully arranged and well-stocked, making it feel like a true home away from home. We loved how close we were to all the best restaurants, shops, and activities. Whether we were walking along the waterfront, grabbing a bite to eat, or hopping on a boat tour, everything was within reach. Ryan was an exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. If you’re visiting Lake Havasu, this is the place to stay. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Gorgeous spot. Right on the water and great views of canal and London Bridge. Stayed mid week and was peaceful and enjoyed swimming right out front as well as being able to pull boat in and out easily. Condo had everything we needed and was clean, nice furniture and cozy beds. Host was very accommodating with requests and easy to communicate with. We have stayed in this complex a few times but this was first time in this unit and definitely one of our favorites. Will book again.
