Shops, bakery, organic food store, pharmacy, restaurants, cycle paths and woods are close by. Very close to the Bergstraße with castles, vineyards, and wine villages.

Renovated in 2019, only ecological materials were used. On the ground floor are the living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom. Bedrooms (mattresses replaced 08/2025) small anteroom are accessible on the upper floor via a narrow staircase. There are two wood stoves. Firewood is there. NO WI-FI!
