The building was designed and constructed by the Tokei team, and the team operates it as an inn for many people to use. The distinctive architecture is a redesign of an old townhouse using modern construction methods and traditional materials. This is a calm castle town that is still rooted in people's lives.Feel the charm and forget about your busy daily life in a spacious and quiet old house room. It is the location of the father of the galactic railway, which was released in May 2023.Wanzu Shoten is also in that movie.The scene of the used bookstore of "Gisho Hiroshi-san" was taken at this inn. You can walk or drive to Iwamura Castle.Come and see what battles you've had here. There are not a lot of tourists like other tourist destinations, so you can have the city life to yourself.Iwamura fans will continue to come. You will be surprised by the tranquility of being past 4pm.Walking through the main street at night is very fantastic. On the "summer solstice" day, the sunset falls straight ahead of the street and you can see the very beautiful scenery.(Depending on the weather, about 1 week, around 6:30 pm, around mid-June of each year) We also operate retro kimono rentals and dressing in this building.If you want to wear a kimono, please make a reservation.Guests staying with us will have a discounted price. This is a private rental inn in a 130-year-old house that the host renovated himself. In the house, there are thick beams that give a sense of history, a view that seems to go on forever, a traditional Japanese sunken hearth that feels nostalgic, a warm wood stove, and a Goemon bath outside. We hope you can feel the essence of living in the countryside while experiencing the slow flow of time in the countryside. For meals, you can bring in ingredients and cook them in the kitchen, which has an IH heater, fridge, microwave, and toaster, or you can grill the ingredients on the lava plate or in the Irori pot on the Irori fireplace. There is also a field behind the house, and depending on the season, you can harvest fresh vegetables and eat them as they are. There are two types of baths, an indoor unit bath and an outdoor Goemon bath where guests can light the fire themselves. The bedroom is tatami mats and futons. The bedroom has air conditioning for a comfortable night's sleep. Reclining chairs are available on the wooden deck, so please enjoy the view of the countryside.
