You get a private apartment—all to yourself—how awesome is that? Plus, there’s a high-tech washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a TV with streaming services, and an incredible top-floor view of the city in an extremely convenient neighborhood. It's clean! We really enjoyed our stay in this condo for a month. The views from this apartment are spectacular, and the layout of the unit works well. The location is perfect for enjoying Michigan Ave, River North and walks to Lake Michigan. Both the staff and the people who live in the building are friendly. The outdoor plaza space in the building is great for city views and relaxing as well. Chicago is a great city and we hope to be back for another month next year. We definitely recommend this unit.

Really enjoyed our stay!

6 stars!! My husband & I spent a wonderful month here. The unit was perfect for two - cozy, cute, had all the basics. Great for remote work - standing desk, good wifi, and quiet neighbors. The building felt safe with staff in the lobby, and there’s laundry downstairs. Denis also reimburses a laundry service, as well as a great FFC gym around the corner - we used both, awesome perks! Location was perfect, so close to two different areas of restaurants, bars etc. - adorable Old Town & busy Rush St. And Lincoln Park is walking distance north. Both Jewel & a Red Line stop were practically downstairs (<10 min to get downtown). Yet the immediate area around the building is calm/safe with plenty of trees. Last but not least, Denis was an incredible host. He helped us set up an additional workstation as we were both WFH. He is extremely responsive, kind, and accommodating (early check in, late checkout, offered to deliver extra heaters on a cold day, etc.). What a gem - thanks Denis!
