Monthly Rentals in Nea Madytos

At first glance it seems like an old house but it is rather cozy apartment, which has enough space for up to 5 people. Nice veranda with an outdoor table as well. It's in a quite part of the town, but everything is no more than 10-15 mins away by foot. The hosts welcomed us and have baked us a delicious cake, which made us feel right at home :) They are very responsive and friendly and gave us some good recommendations too! Overall we enjoyed our stay! Great value for this price!

Quiet, calm, peaceful place. It has a pristine vibe in the woods. There are blackberries in the garden and it is very delicious. The home was great due to its location and convenience. But what's really nice is Christos, his wife Anna and the Beautiful Fotomodel. We are grateful for their hospitality.

The place is beautiful and quiet. Its an ideal spot from where you can go to different towns, cities beaches. Of course with a car. Thessaloniki is in an hour, also Kavala. Stavros is very near and a nice place. Also Asprovalta. We were traveling around, going to different places but after were having quiet rest in the house. The terrace is amazing. The view is wonderful. The garden with many fruit trees and birds songs. The house was clean and cozy. The price is very good for all of this. We definitely would go back there. Great place that was exactly as shown in the pictures and as described. The apartment was large enough for 2 adults and 3 children. There is a large covered terrace and a large garden. The landlords were very accommodating and very eager to ensure that we did not miss anything. Since we traveled in the low season, there was little to do. But there were still some shops and restaurants open. Everything is within walking distance. In summer for swimming or with the pool in the garden it is certainly perfect. The complex is also perfect if you want to travel with a larger group, as there are several separate apartments. Thanks for the nice time, we'll definitely be back!
