my second time that I stayed at Fernanda place and always very happy to be there the place is super cozy and clean and super localized in Guarulhos center and very easy to get in Sao paulo I very recommend u guys stay in there !

The apartment is amazing. For me, in one of the best regions of São Paulo. Even the Uber people are different in the area. The apartment was effortlessly clean, smelling. It has everything you need to spend a few days. The bed is very comfortable and the air-conditioning makes the night super hot. The TV has Netflix, great for resting the night. It has a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and shopping. You can walk to all these places, which makes life too easy. My special thanks to the host who is incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. I felt at home with her. He guided me very well in everything I needed, answers the messages quickly and expedited our check-in through facial recognition, which is a hand in the wheel, as it does not need to depend on a doorman. The building has a very good gym, I used it every day. It has laundry as well. Oh, the shower is so tasty. Amava arrive and take a bath. Anyway, nothing to complain, the best stay I had in SP.

I felt at home, it has everything around us… (Gym, hamburger place, pizzeria, supermarket right next door) Tip: Try the pizza from the pizzeria «Jet pizzas express», chicken with catupiry and Jet de ninho (can be meta/meta) A DELICACY!! The studio is very cozy, it has everything you need as described! And don't forget about safety!! A place where you feel safe! I used the 99 app and I didn't find it too expensive to take me to the areas I wanted to go to. If I go back to SP, that's where I plan to stay again ♥️

Our stay was wonderful, we enjoyed too much. We already knew Mairiporã, we took the opportunity to practice Wake in the dam, but the real highlight of this trip was home. It is truly impeccable. In addition to much comfort and many amenities, the view is beautiful and the feeling of being in the midst of nature is unique. Margarete has been an exceptional host since our arrival, taking all the questions and always at your disposal. I will return at another opportunity for sure. ps.: the cinema surprised TOO MUCH and we spent a lot of time there.

Alexandre and Luciana were very attentive since before we closed the house, until we left. The house served us very well during the stay, it has everything! Swimming pool, barbecue, several bedrooms, bathrooms, TV room, dining room, gym in front, tennis court. Anyway, they were very quiet days for those who need to relax.

Very well equiped house, clean, air-conditioned pool, always a delight! We spent the carnival with friends, family and everything was wonderful! already want to return!!!

Simply charming, both the place and the house. The house corresponds exactly to the photos, all items are in good taste, super complete kitchen, spacious and cozy rooms. We went as 5 couples with children and the house was perfect. The pool area overlooking the dam is a highlight of the stay. Delicious, we stayed in the pool every day. We didn't leave the house any day, we stayed 1 week and it was amazing. Another highlight of the trip is the owner Livia, who always responded to us and helped us with any questions or requests. I recommend it without a doubt!

The accommodation is amazing! Farmhouse in a very safe and quiet gated community. Beautiful mountain views at sunset. Superbly equipped house, with barbecue, pizza oven, several refrigerators, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, clothes, dryer, swimming pool, umbrellas, many tables, good quality TV and kitchen set up in the house and in the leisure area.

Patrícia was great, she answered my questions super fast, then I communicated with Gerusa. Wonderful! I felt very good, the house is super cozy with large rooms, everything was working perfectly, from the blender to the warm pool at night. They gave an indication of confidence for cleaning in one of the days, and Mrs. Gislene was attentive and proactive. The house is very well equipped and in São Paulo, close to where we live. I recommend it and will definitely rent it more often. Thanks for the experience!
