The hosts are wonderful people, and it's a very quiet place with a good location, I highly recommend staying there. I loved staying the period I was there. I went through a post-operative period and recovered at Ivanir's house. She and her husband are excellent people to deal with. They are a sweetheart. the time I was there was as if I were in my own home.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Well, the TV didn't have audio, there was no YouTube or anything, thankfully I took my computer there, I wasn't left empty-handed, but other than that a great, well-organized place, a very attentive host

I stayed in a compact room (with TV, ceiling fan and iron), as the photos show, but it offers a cozy atmosphere and an extremely comfortable bed, ideal for a good night's rest. The atmosphere is quiet and there are no disturbing noises, perfect for those who value a quiet space. Host hospitality makes all the difference; they are always attentive to the needs of guests and open to good conversation. The space is very clean and smelling, kept very carefully. The location is practical, with easy access to nearby cafeterias, bakeries and markets.

Marcelo e Pedro are wonderful!!!!! Since the first contact have been extremely polite, helpful, kind and loving, they are very well prepared to work with hosting services. They care about their guests in the smallest detail, from the moment I arrived at the apartment I felt as if I was at home. The apartment is cozy and very cozy.The feeling is that we are in an oasis far away from the real world. Many thanks 😙 😙 for the good conversations, the therapy session and the welcome. It was my second home in Guarulhos.

Good accommodation, I believe it is one of the best in the region, thus making it cost-effective. I draw attention to the condominium, which is well organized, clean and with polite staff. The apartment is good, it works well for long stays like mine, some improvements are always possible, but the overall average is very good. I would recommend and stay again. Extremely pleasant location, both Saionara and her husband are always attentive. The place is practically a mini museum, very beautiful and rustic. And an important note: Saionara's Minas cheese is SENSATIONAL. I highly recommend the stay!! ❤️

The best option I have chosen at aibnb to this day! Marina and its family members are good people. We were welcomed with all their affection and attention. Cheese, corn and chocolate bread dumplings for breakfast, my God, how delightful everyone! The site has a lush nature around. The room is very clean and airy. The pool area is fantastic. We and our 1-year-old son love the stay. Thank you very much for the hot pras and for all care with our puppy. We will definitely retormate!

Fernando and his family are extremely welcoming and are open to welcoming very well and interacting with guests. I particularly went to relax and leave my children in touch with the nature, in a welcoming environment and with everything I needed. Goal achieved. And all goals can be achieved there. Both for guests and hosts who have established roots and share their experience in a clear way.

24-hour check-in saved us! We missed a bus and arrived much later than usual, luckily the super attentive staff welcomed us and gave us all the directions. We'll be back for sure!

The stay was great, the hosts are super polite and friendly and have made us super-willed and treated us as if we were family. The place is super cozy, beautiful and organized. We left there and we already missed it and we will definitely come back much more often!
