I spent the weekend and my family and we love it! The house is beautiful, cozy, impeccable cleaning, clean and smelling linens, it had all the household utensils and more! Sônia is very friendly, answered all the quick messages, a thousand note host! The homemaker tb answered all messages c agility and readiness. I recommend it, and I will be back!

We spent the Easter holiday in 5 adults and 3 children. The place is extremely comfortable for this configuration. Spacious house, outdoor space with charcoal barbecue, pizza oven (had firewood and complimentary litters) and even a wood burning stove. Lots of tables and chairs for everyone! Clean pool and very close to the barbecue, great for children. The house has a good living room with SmartTV and a fireplace and plenty of room to sit. The kitchen is well equipped with an island and a good countertop. Upper floor with two bedrooms and office. All very clean, organized and with the essential items at your disposal. Checkin easy, flexible, without depending on anyone to welcome us, it was a high point! Rural area has a few restaurant options to drive a few minutes from the property. One night we went to Atibaia (30min) and there have numerous EXCELLENT options! As a suggestion to the owner, I suggest upgrade on the beds and mattresses. For the rest, the house is absolutely amazing and everything was perfect!

We spent a very nice weekend with friends, the house is well equipped, barbecue and playground near the pool made it much easier for the safety of the children, Natalia was very helpful and responded promptly to messages. We will definitely be back.

The house is wonderful, better than the photos. We spent 4 nights and when it was time to leave, it gave me that feeling of sadness. Paula is a sensational host, always available to answer any questions and suggest places.

Otimo Place, in a great location. Prox a bakery, subway, mall etc. Beautiful new building. Good apartment, very clean perfect for what we needed. After your facial is registered in the gatehouse everything is easier to get in and out. Communication with Sergio was very good, always quick to respond. I would recommend it to a friend and come back as well.

Good, beautiful and complete apartment. Kitchen utensils, linens, towels, and quality cabinets. Everything in the apartment looks like again. It has a Carrefour next to it and several nearby shops. The windows are of quality and make a lot of noise on the street. The electric curtains are very effective to darken the room. I worked a few days at night and my rest during the day was restorative. I'd stay again.

Very nice and quiet place, great for those who want to disconnect a little from the routine. The view is beautiful and makes you want to spend the whole day in the bathtub looking at the trees. In addition, Denis was super proactive and kind, responds quickly and is always available to answer questions and assist in whatever is possible, I hope to return soon!

This was the third stay with hosts Maurício and Andréa. The hospitality they receive is unparalleled. Without a doubt, you feel at home. The cottage is new, with an impeccable structure. The small details in the decoration, perfect and functional kitchen utensils, extremely clean bathroom and with a shower beyond fantastic, that is, there is no more pleasant place in Guararema to stay. Besides, there is a deck to relax in the late afternoon and, of course, a nice hammock to enjoy the sunset. Not to mention that Andréa always prepares a surprise, and this time we found our photos printed and arranged in picture frames. You can say you didn't even leave the house. My wife and I come back whenever our routine allows, and now with this new cottage we'll be there much more often. Guararema welcomes everyone with open arms, count on a safe, clean and organized city! And everything gets even better when you stay at Maurício and Andréa's chalets.

Perfect location and we'll be back for sure! It's worth every penny. Just one observation, speaking as an architect. It might be nice to have curtains on the living room windows. Watching TV during the day is a little bad because of the lighting on the face. In addition, the place is perfect and was thought out to the smallest details.

An enchanting experience! We stayed in the cabin and had incredible days! The space is extremely welcoming, with a romantic and cozy atmosphere. The whole town was clean, smells and organized. Indirect lighting makes the environment even more inviting, and there are several windows and doors that bring natural light and ventilation. The region is very quiet, excellent for resting and relaxing to the sound of birds. There is a supermarket nearby and we had all the support of Tomaz clarifying our doubts and helping us with the region. The structure is great, with everything working perfectly: fast wifi, sockets in great condition and no maintenance issues. The photos are already beautiful, but the live experience exceeds expectations! A place to relax and reconnect with nature. We can't wait to go back!

The house is very cool. It was clean, organized, quite complete. Equal of the photos. Adriana responds super fast and always a lot. It had firewood and alcohol for the external and internal fireplaces. There's a cottage next door that helped when we need anything. For us it was a great cost benefit. I highly recommend it.
