The space was very nice and clean in a great area in the arts district of Centro, very nice and attentive staff and, nice rooftop patio, good dipping pool too! I would defiantly stay here again!

Can't beat the location! The apartment is tucked back in a private, secluded area, yet it's steps from the beach. We would walk to the shore any time of day to take in the gorgeous view, or we'd sit on the patio for coffee or a drink. This part of the beach is quieter than in downtown; it has a much more laidback feel. Yet the town center is a 5-15 minute walk away, depending on where you go, so you can rent a golf cart for an easy ride around town or you can simply walk everywhere. The apartment is comfortable and cool with a nice kitchen if you decide to make meals. On the first night there was some loud music from the nearby bar, but that was the only night with loud activity outside. There's some inevitable street noise but the windows shut out some of it, and what's actually the loudest sound is the waves crashing! It's surprisingly loud but quite soothing. We didn't meet Luz María but she is responsive, helpful, and friendly and we felt we were in good hands.

Me encantó el alojamiento. La cama y almohadas demasiado cómodas, la cocina completamente equipada, nos dejaron agua embotellada y algunas frutas lo cual me pareció un gesto muy lindo habia aire acondicionado y netflix, si vas en plan relax sin duda es el lugar indicado. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme en ese lugar, visitamos varias playas y todas quedaban cerca. lo único que me hubiera gustado es más privacidad en el baño (puerta en lugar de cortina). Demasiado amable y atento el anfitrión. 100% recomendable.

A lovely spot. Quiet and private. The pictures don’t show it but there is a table with two chairs on the patio outside the studio as well as on the roof. On that patio all you see is green, it’s lovely. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, lots of pots and pans. 25 minute walk to a large shopping area with a Mega and La Comer as well as a gym. About 45 minutes to the centre of Buccerias, 25 to the first restaurants and to Chedraui. Pool very clean and rarely used, lovely beach. We enjoyed it very much and hope to come back again.

Buen lugar para regresar y tomarlo como primera opción, muchas cosas que hacer al rededor, a escasas 3 cuadras del malecón, buena zona para caminar y buscar cualquier opción de alientos de todos los presupuestos... regresaremos sin dudarlo...

Excelente espacio para descansar, lo reservé para mis papás, les pareció que cumplía con lo que necesitaban. La comunicación siempre fue muy rápida y clara.

La estancia muy bien, el ARBNB es igual al que se muestra en las fotos, ubicación cerca de la playa, lo recomiendo si quieres un lugar más privado y agradable, único detalle para las personas que buscan estancia con Alberca este no cuenta, pero todo lo demás excelente.

Great space and community environment. Hosting onsite and very available. Great location. Room is small and simple and exactly what I was looking for. Hot water and outdoor kitchen.

We had a lovely vacation at Chloe's home! It was very well appointed, comfortable king bed, soft sheets and blankets and nice pillows. Very clean bathroom with nice big towels. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the veranda had two very comfortable couches where we spent hours every day. The pool was wonderful, 90 degrees, well kept garden around it. She provided both beach towels and separate pool towels as well as beach umbrellas and chairs. We had a perfect stay and can't wait to book for next year! We hope to bring a larger group and rent the entire compound (2 one bedroom units, 1 one bedroom unit and an en suite bedroom) but even if you only book one unit like we did, there's nice privacy. Chloe is the new owner so all of the amazing reviews for the home disappeared when the property changed hands. We decided to stay here based on all of the 5 star reviews we saw months ago and are happy to help her start rebuilding the reviews with our 5 stars!

Absolutely incredible stay -- one to remember for years, and top of the list of all Airbnb's I have stayed it over many years. The hosts communicated very well, and were so understanding during our travel plans changing. Very accommodating and helpful. We got the chance to meet the owners and they were very cool and interesting people! The place itself is in a prime location, really unbeatable for all of Puerto Vallarta. Private and quiet, but also a few steps to the cleanest beach in the entire region. Its not dead quiet but just enough life to feel comfortable energy. The home was so nice and clean, and had fantastic amenities. Did not notice many bugs at all, which was very nice. Wonderful sleep each night. Just pure luxury for a great price and value. Would definitely come back and stay again!!! 5/5 stars

Belle maison nous avions tout le nécessaire . Très frais Patricia Et Don sont super Nous on intègre dans leurs groupe. Ils sont très chaleureux. Malheureusement les chiens dérangent beaucoup la nuit mais voilà c est le Mexique Merci à a Don et Patricia

El estudio fue como está descrito, un lugar pequeño, acogedor y limpio. Muy bien ubicado en punta de mita, ideal para alojarse e ir a conocer playas cercanas. Los anfitriones siempre atentos, amables, comprensivos. Gracias ✨

Kristen’s home is exactly as described and as wonderful as all the previous renters reviews. The property is so beautiful…the trees and flowers are lush and tropical, the pool is pristine and the outdoor shower is such a special touch. The living space is breezy and comfortable and the a/c in the bedroom is perfect for sleeping and blocks some of the noise if there is an event in the town square or neighborhood. Lo de Marcos is so safe and the locals are super kind. The beach is beautiful and there are great restaurants!! We will be back again, hopefully soon!

Svelta was always available and quick on responding when we hd questions. I loved the place everything felt secure, clean and beautiful! Can’t wait to go back.

La estancia estuvo muy agradable, venía equipada con todo, lo único que creo que se puede mejorar es la iluminación en la zona de alberca y campo de tenis. También hubo un problema con la alarma de humo, empezó a sonar al rededor de la 1 de la mañana, y hasta el final de la estancia no paro, fuera de eso fue muy agradable. 😊

Un lugar excelente el cual goce en cada momento, es un alojamiento de primer nivel, super comodo, muy grande y acojedor, la atención de David es innigualable. Estuve en la semana de fin de año e inicio del siguiente. Todo está muy cerca, buenos restaurantes, cerca de la playa y con doble seguridad. Estoy seguro de volver nuevamente a este lugar. An excellent place which you can enjoy at every moment, it is first-class accommodation, super comfortable, very large and cozy, David's attention is unmatched. I was there during the week of the end of the year and the beginning of the next. Everything is very close, good restaurants, close to the beach and with double security. I am sure to return to this place again.

en su mayoría todo muy bien solo que por la noche por reparaciones no tenía agua y nos hizo falta para descansar agusto pero de ahí en fuera todo muy bien
