donna serena è una casa indipendente  nel cuore del centro storico di Aci Castello e a soli 100 m dal mare. L'immobile è stato completamente restaurato nel 2021 dotandolo di tutti i confort. Al piano terra vi è un salotto con zona tv e divano letto, una camera da letto matrimoniale, una cameretta con due posti letto singoli e un bagno con doccia. Un'ampia zona living e la cucina, sono situati al primo piano.  L'immobile è corredato da un terrazzo panoramico dove gli ospiti potranno rilassarsi.

L'appartamento è dotato di cucina con piano cottura elettrico, forno, lavabo, frigorifero no frost e utensili per dilettarsi in cucina, un soggiorno-salone ampio che si affaccia nell'immenso verde del giardino,2 camere da letto (una più piccolina) pratiche per adulti e bambini, e wc .Il residence offre una discesa a mare privata spazi verdi e 2 piscine una per adulti con trampolino e una per i più piccini.
