Villa vacation rentals in Naxos

Had an amazing stay at Yiota and Dimitri’s place. We were able to walk to the beautiful village of Agios Prokopios or an easy 2 minute drive. Dimitri and Yiota were extremely welcoming and kept in touch throughout our stay with great recommendations of local taverns and sites. They even helped grill out with us at the house and after an unexpected power outage, Dimitri was at the villa the next morning coordinating with the utility service for repairs. We look forward to a return to Naxos and this beautiful oasis!

Sophia and Michael have created an amazing home and they are wonderful hosts. We couldn't have felt more comfortable and welcome. Dina is a fabulous property manager. I highly recommend this villa and would stay there again if we return to Naxos. The villa is very well equipped. Everything is modern, attractive, clean and new. (Wherever you travel in Greece, expect that you will not flush toilet paper). The large pool area is amazing and a great place to relax. With 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms, multiple areas for lounging our group of 6 adults had more than enough room. The walk to the beach is less than half a mile. We rented cars to be able to explore the island. Michael provided excellent advice on places to visit. Mikri Vigla beach and the hike up Mount Zas were our favorites, but we also loved the beach areas within walking distance. I highly recommend this villa and I can't thank Michael and Sophia and Dina enough for providing an amazing guest experience.

The villa is in a beautiful location, with views over the olive groves to the sea. Amazing sunsets. It is so peaceful. We were really lucky and for the majority of our stay we were the only ones staying in one of 6 villas in the complex. But even when the villas either side were occupied it still felt very private. The villa had everything we needed and we appreciated the dishwasher tablets, laundry tabs, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. All the room and bathrooms were well portioned. The outside space is really well designed with 2 seating areas and one is always in shade. The garden is beautifully landscaped with tranquil grasses and flowering shrubs. There is an amazing bakery at the end of the lane, 5 minute walk away and a restaurant 10min walk away along the road and 3 within 30 min walk by the coast. The beach is quiet and not touristy with a couple of locations you can hire sunbeds from if you wanted. The sun sets over the sea. We would highly recommend it

Katerina has a gorgeous home that is decorated in a way that is stylish and warm. We felt right at home and were welcomed very late at night due to ferry delays, but Katerina still was there to welcome us. She had great recommendations to do around Naxos and we loved staying at her brand new home! We did not want to leave. Be sure not to miss out on this gem!

This is where you want to stay if you’re coming to visit Naxos! Only a 2 min walk to the most beautiful beach, 5-15 min walk to a ton of fantastic restaurants and a quick taxi ride into the port area. The villa itself is completely luxurious, with phenomenal up keep to the property, and the pool is so wonderful when the weather is very hot. The kitchen has everything you could need, and there is a grocery store within 10 mins as well. Couldn’t recommended staying here more. The hosts are also so accommodating and helpful! We’re hoping to be back!

I'd highly recommend Naxian Utopia. The villa is gorgeous, perfectly clean with everything you need including Netflix! The breakfasts were huge-impossible to finish and delicious. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and the hosts couldn't do enough to help. Loved it ❤️

The perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the island. Beautiful house with a nice garden outside located in a local area. We enjoyed the fruits and vegetables from the garden. The check in with Elias was very smooth and he was very kind. He recommended great places to go and explore and places to eat. We had a great time with the family at the house cooking inside and in the outside grill and since the beach is about 20 minutes drive the pool on the premises offers a refreshing time in the sun. We can’t wait until we can come back and enjoy this villa. We all still talking about the great experience we all had at this airbnb! Thank you Elias!

This was the MOST INCREDIBLE home and spot! We were a group of four, and the space could not have been more comfortable for us. The house is immaculate, the outdoor spaces are amazing, and the views are spectacular! The host could not have been more friendly, informative and responsive. This was our first trip to Naxos, and to Greece in general...and I will tell everyone I know that they have to go to Naxos and they need to stay in one of Yannis' properties. You will be blown away by this location and the accommodations... we were!! Thank you for making this such a memorable vacation for my husband and I and our two sons!!

Lovely self catering villa perfect for friends and family looking to relax away from the beaches of Naxos. The unit was well stocked and pristine. The pool was the perfect temperature, nice and cool to escape the sun when it got too hot. The bedrooms were simple and very comfortable with modern AC units. The outdoor eating and social areas were also very nice. The views and sunsets were spectacular. We walked down to the beach some mornings, though only for active individuals with good shoes / trainers. The bakery nearby is excellent and worth a daily trip for coffee and breakfast. A car is a must and make sure to stock up on supplies from the bigger supermarkets. A lovely five night stay in beautiful Naxos. Thank you!

A beautiful house! Very clean and well organized. Host paid attention to detail. The indoor and outdoor spaces were incredible. The host was extremely accommodating to both check in and check out and we were really so appreciative. You definitely need to have a car to get around. Sofia who met us at the house was so friendly!

Nemos place was top notch! We got a little lost finding the place because we didn’t follow his directions. Make sure you follow the directions he gives you. The house is close enough to the town to walk but we rented a car so we could explore the island. Nemos father checked us in and he gave us amazing recommendations regarding where to eat and where to explore. The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and spent a lot of time relaxing outside. We also loved the cats that came to visit us. If you’ve never been to Greece before be prepared to see cats everywhere. I highly recommend this home, Nemo and his father were excellent hosts! We would definitely stay here again.

ILI Villa was a lovely home to be living in throughout our fabulous stay on Naxos. From start to finish Alexia was very responsive and Silvana couldn’t do enough for us whilst we were there. The Villa is very well equipped & stocked. Such a nice touch that the essential grocers were there for us on arrival, including a bottle of wine - Yamas to you ladies. The Villa is in walking distance to Plaka Beach and all the lovely restaurants that can be found there. Our visit was coming to the end of the season and so we enjoyed the chilled atmosphere but we can also imagine what a buzz there is there in high season. The local bus was very reliable that takes you into Naxos Town which is also a must - with various connections to take you to various destinations across the island. Highly recommend. Thank you.

I highly recommend these Skyline Villas. Their description actually left for some pleasant surprises. We didn't realize it included breakfast and a group hot tub for their few villas in the complex. That's the only reason I gave them a 4-star on accuracy when I gave everything else 5-stars. We would definitely stay there again and you will not regret staying there either if you do. :)

We have had a fantastic stay at Blue Dream Villa, we were 3 adults, a toddler and a baby - not travelling lightly! But there was lots of space and everything has been thought of, we loved the villa and the pool and our host was great about booking us taxis to and from the port on checkin and out. The wifi was quick and really nice to have coffee machine too. We really didnt want for anything. The villa is finished to a really high standard and lots of amenities were provided too! All communications were really quick and helpful.We would highly recommend the villa. Agia Anna is the perfect holiday location and so many beautiful places to eat and drink. We had lunch most days at Oregano, fantastic family run relaxed dining and the food is SO good. Plenty of supermarkets around and tavernas along the beachfront. Couldnt recommend it more for a holiday! Close walk to town and bus stop to explore island, bus service is fantastic! Cannot wait to return!

Villa Luana is located a few minutes drive from Plaka Beach on gorgeous Naxos, Greece. It's a 15 minute drive from the port town and is in a very peaceful area surrounded by farmland. The Villa was pristine when we arrived. A cleaning lady visited every other day and kept everything in order. We felt welcomed with the drinks and snacks left for us, and pampered with the cleaning service, fresh towels for showering and the pool which we enjoyed after a day at the beach. Our family of 5 had plenty of space and enjoyed our time together in the pool, sunning in the backyard, watching the sun rise and set in the upper balcony area outside the master suite. I enjoyed the views of the countryside and the Aegean Sea. We hope to go back soon!

We stayed 6 nights - 2 families of three Exceptional accommodation, with beautiful architectural design and tastefully decorated. Spotless, hospitable. Attention has been paid to the small details that make the stay easier. I'm especially interested in the fully equipped kitchen!! It felt like home. I highly recommend it!! Absolutely beautiful! The house is immaculate and just as pictured in the photos. It is in walking distance to a small market that has everything and also a cafe and a taverna. The island has so much to offer and is very large so you really need to rent a car. The house is about a 25 minute ride to the center of Naxos Town where there are a lot of restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, etc. Michael was our liaison and he was wonderful. He was constantly checking in with us to see if we needed anything and quick to respond to our needs. We would highly recommend this Airbnb!

The house is beautiful, very clean and they changed our towels and sheets every other day. Marios daily breakfast was delicious and he was so responsive to anything we needed. The house is a few minutes from the beach, 7 minutes to the airport and 12 minutes to the town, we do recommend having a car. Overall we had a great time and the house was great.

We traveled with our extended family and everyone was happy with the accommodation. We had a friendly welcome at the airport and complimentary airport transfer. Upon arrival we had amazing fruit basket and local produce waiting for us. House is well equipped and comfortable. Location is around 10 mins walk to Plaka beach and restaurants. Dimitrios and Nektaria were amazing hosts and gave us a lot of information and help us with bookings. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The villa is beautiful, modern, and well looked after. The location is stunning - right across a street from the beautiful Santa Maria beach, and a 13 min walk to Lageri Beach. The pool is the highlight. Absolutely perfect for a summer holiday, with gorgeous beds to lay out on, and a sofa to spread out on and lounge away the day. The hosts were responsive and accommodating for the most part. We had some requests for the villa that would have made it more comfortable, and they were amenable to most of them. A few things to note. The main area of the villa is not air conditioned. During the day, the breeze keeps it nice and cool. But at night, the mosquitos come out and require doors to be shut. This makes it difficult to spend time in the main room for dining or watching a film, as it gets too stuffy. The aircon in the upstairs studio isn’t positioned to actually cool the room, but I recommended that the host put in a fan to help circulate air. Otherwise it’s a beautiful stay!

The spacious garden and pool area, surrounded by olive trees and shaded pergolas, create a serene and luxurious setting. Inside, every detail has been thoughtfully curated for both comfort and beauty. It’s the perfect blend of Cycladic simplicity, luxury and natural charm. We couldn’t have asked for a better escape to relax and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!
