The space is really beautiful with its pool and gazebo. I felt right at home. We really enjoyed the place and the house. There were four of us. Roberta and her husband were always attentive to every need. I recommend it 100%

We stayed at Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: welcoming, chic and designer apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel at our best. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations, and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). Airy, bright, clean and functional. The kitchen is very well equipped - more so than at other places we’ve stayed. The deck area is lovely to sit in, and the whole flat felt private - even though the family is onsite… Flavio and Milena are friendly but not invasive, and the tiny kids are learning the trade! Friendly and welcoming. Como is always a hassle to navigate, but Flavio’s insider knowledge made our trip there seamless and truly enjoyable. The hosts are all about making it work for you - which is brilliant!

We had a super cozy stay at Marko's lovely house. Very clean and well stocked. There is not much soul in the local area and few and not so welcoming restaurants but we took small trips to e.g. Lake Maggiore and there are many small cozy towns. Arona is also worth a visit. We can really recommend Marko's house. Thank you for your stay, Marko.

Thank you Kristina for the lovely time we had at your place! It was exactly what we needed! This is a must-book. Kristina is a very friendly, proactive and involved host. The accomodation is fantastic. The salt water pool is kept squeeky clean by Kristina (every day she cleans it herself). The view from the pool is fantastic. We had our 11 month baby with us and Kristina provided all amenities we could wish for: quality cot, quality baby chair and some really nice toys! Although the house is a bit remote, there is a lot to do within a 15 minute drive. One of the cleanest lakes in Italy is a 10 minute walk from the house which is lovely as well.

Sara is the best host I've ever encountered. Her house is beautiful and the setting is stunning. But, much more than that, Sara's attention, care and kindness were remarkable. She did all the things a good host does, but also went above and beyond to make our stay very special - including welcome pastries and a even a custom cake for a birthday we were celebrating! Truly exceptional.

We had an amazing stay at Christian's house. The property is wonderful - modern, clean and spacious inside and the outside space is as good as it looks on the photos. We spent hours relaxing in the garden area. Christian had also thought of extra details to make the stay even more welcoming, like a hamper of local foods on arrival and care packages in the bedrooms. His communication was fantastic as well, very quick to respond and nothing was too much trouble - he booked us a shuttle back to the airport and even offered to pick us up when we arrived due to a train strike. All in all a brilliant stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

The stay at Chiara's apartment was very good. The location is great and the apartment very cozy. Unfortunately, the neighbors had a music event and the first night was not so relaxing🥴 Otherwise, however, it is very quiet. We will definitely be back to this apartment!! Anna was a great and helpful host and she welcomed us and our dog very warmly. There is a beautiful view on the Como lake straight from the house and garden. Anna gave us advice on the parking spot nearby the house which was helpful since the roads are quite narrow and there are not many parking spaces. Overall we had a very relaxed stay even though the weather wasn't perfect.

A nice comfy house close to the train station. Was able to cook some nice meals with the amenities supplied. Plenty of space for a family or small group to relax in.

The neighborhood of the house is very nice. You can park your car right in front of the house. The inside of the house is spotlessly clean and all needs are thought out in great detail. Thank you Simona!

Beautiful, quiet apartment. Perfect for an extended weekend with a large group. Michele responded quickly to messages and was very accommodating.

Good place to explore Milan! From the apartment, bars, restaurants, some shops, etc. are super accessible. For everything else, the metro is just around the corner. It's a bit noisy because the neighborhood is very busy. With the window closed, it was tiptop, but possibly difficult for very light sleepers. The apartment looks like the photos, is perfectly clean and it already had a cool drink in the fridge :)! All in all: highly recommended!

We were very warmly welcomed by Nicola. Everything went smoothly and easily. The apartment was in great condition and the neighbors were very friendly. I would love to be a guest at Nicola's again when I'm back in Milan.

For us, Casa Berta was the perfect place to stay! We spent one day each in Bellagio and Como - and were glad to leave the crowds (late May!) behind and live in such a quiet, charming mountain village. We imagined the street to be worse from the reviews - thank God there is not much traffic up here. Nevertheless, we preferred the bus, which actually always ran reliably (except on Sundays, because it generally does not run). The Casa itself is really adorable. Everything as in the photos. Very comfortable bed and head cushion. Also the shower with good water pressure (normally I don't like shower curtains, but the shower is large enough so that the curtain, which is not made of plastic, does not stick to the body). The terrace is also great, we spent a lot of time here. It would be perfect if there was also reception on the terrace, for example, to stream music or plan the next day.

Amazing apartment and amazing host. The apartment on a next level its very clean and big and has all the things you need and more. The details of arranging the apartment was spot on. Addition to that the hosts were very friendly and helpful from the moment we reached until we left. My family and i had a great time we will definitely book again in the same apartment if we come back to como.

a very nice place a little out of time and urbanization. We also recommend it in June with the jasmine in bloom, it's a little paradise!

We felt very comfortable here. The area is quiet, bus stop right outside the door but still no noise from buses etc. We were lucky to park right outside the door in the white marked parking spaces (free). There are a few stairs before you get into the apartment. The apartment has everything you need. Highly recommended
