Marta and Julio’s place was very nice and welcoming. They gave us clear instructions and made the check in process easy. The unit is in a nice area with lots of restaurants within a walking distance and comes with a parking spot. The place was very clean and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen, if you ever need to cook basic meals. Marta is also very responsive and helpful, if you ever have any concerns. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this listing!

Beautiful apartment, located in a safe area, walking distance to Antara. This building has an outstanding gym, pool and jacuzzi. Would stay there always.

Edificio con alta seguridad, lugar tal cual se describe en fotos y anuncio, plaza comercial y otras áreas muy cercanas donde puedes llegar caminando. Cero ruidoso y camas cómodas. Un par de detalles que fueron resueltos a la brevedad y siempre al pendiente durante la estancia. Si tuviera que volver, sin duda los consideraría como gran opción.

Esta es la cuarta vez que me quedo en este alojamiento administrado por Yasmín. estuvo siempre pendiente de mí y mis necesidades, el espacio siempre estuvo impecable y la ubicación es súper recomendable si tienes que trabajar en el sector de Santa Fé. Realmente lo recomiendo!!!!!!

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación ideal, cerca de prácticamente todo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para quedarse todos los días que uno quiera. La llegada es muy cómoda y ante cualquier cuestión el anfitrión siempre está al pendiente. Lo único que sí quiero comentar y que no sé si será algo que sucedió durante los días de nuestra estancia o será algo de continuo y es que al lado del edificio se encuentra el museo de tolerancia y justamente en las tardes/noches se juntaba mucha gente manifestándose a favor de la marihuana, con un olor muy fuerte y se podía sentir algo de inseguridad. Ventajas o desventajas de hospedarte en una zona tan céntrica. Quitando eso, que no tiene nada que ver con el anfitrión que siempre estuvo atento, el alojamiento es perfecto y seguramente volveríamos a repetir.

Se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila, ideal para descansar, y el espacio es cómodo, limpio y perfecto para alojar a tres personas o incluso cuatro. Además, la ubicación es muy conveniente, ya que hay tiendas y servicios cerca. Destaco especialmente la atención del anfitrión, quien fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí.

The flat was really spacious and offered everything we needed. It’s in a lovely neighborhood with many local businesses to serve your every need. Salvador was a great communicator and very attentive. Would recommend for a stay in CDMX anytime!

Fantastic! Highlights: Super easy check-in with a 24/7 front doorman. This made things feel safe and accessible regardless of arrival time. Fantastic (and quiet!) space for a family with two young kids. Patio was a wonderful respite from fumes and sounds. Full kitchen and laundry were much more valuable than we expected when we got stuck in the rain. Responsive host and in a great location. Thank you so much!

El lugar está bien ubicado, la zona es tranquila y el edificio es ameno y tranquilo, la gente es respetuosa del reglamento y horarios por lo que puedes descansar y no te despiertas por ruido de vecinos o de la calle etc. Es seguro, acogedor bien equipado y limpio. Gabriel estuvo al pendiente, incluso nos permitió dejar nuestra camioneta más tiempo en la cochera después del checkout, para movernos con más facilidad en uber, le agradecemos mucho :)

El lugar coincide con la descripción y fotos, era muy limpio y muy cómoda en general la estancia. Carlos estuvo al pendiente de cada duda presentada y fue muy claro con las indicaciones para acceder al lugar.

El apartamento está muy equipado, me gustaron los ventanales que permiten muy buena iluminación. Las áreas comunes son excelentes, especialmente disfrute la alberca techada, puedes entrenar en serio ahí.

This was a fantastic place to stay for a week in CDMX. Pros: - The location is perfect. Right in the middle of the trendiest neighborhoods in CDMX which has tons of food and is super clean and walkable. - Viridiana is very responsive. We had a minor issue (more in Cons) and she made it right! - The apartment came with free coffee and a large container of filtered water. - The place was spotless, and huge. The patio is really nice, and the building staff were friendly with the check-in. Cons: - The pool was unfortunately broken when we arrived due to heavy rains. They were actively working on fixing it the entire week we were there, so hopefully it will be fixed soon. - The apartment faces a busy road. It is quiet enough with the doors closed, but very loud with windows open. - The AC in the main bedroom does not work since it isn't connected to outside air. (Not a problem for our visit--we mostly kept the windows open to keep things cool).

El departamento es exactamente como la descripción y las fotos. Es un lugar con mucha accesibilidad y muy buena ubicación. Cerca de centros comerciales, restaurantes, médicos. Es algo ruidoso de noche por la autopista. Toda la estancia fue perfecta. Estoy muy contento.

Felipe was a delight to communicate with. He was on top of everything, kind, helpful, and so quick to respond. His apartment is also great - fully equipped, beautiful, and in a fabulous location. The parks are right nearby, as are great restaurants, and public transportation. We had a wonderful time there - and hope we will be able to return before too long.
