The apartment is beautiful and in a wonderful location- on a nice quiet street but in a wonderful and walkable location to so many restaurants and other neighborhoods. I felt very safe and comfortable! The apartment with its floor to ceiling windows and tree views is so lovely that I didn't even mind being rained in one evening!

We stayed in four different Airbnbs while in Mexico City and I think Rafael’s was my favorite. It felt most like home! From the moment we arrived, Rafael greeted us to show us around and then went out to provide us with a large jug of water, fresh fruit and juices, and a treat for the kids. He truly went above and beyond. The apartment is close to great restaurants and coffee shops. I loved that the building was secure and the amenities provided were great. Plenty of extra blankets, a fully stocked kitchen and fans which were very appreciated during the hot month of May. We also extended our stay two separate times and Rafael and Gabriel were super accommodating. Highly recommend this Airbnb and host! Would happily book again.

Hugo’s place was great. It is a little quirky (in a fun way) - after you arrive on the 5th floor, you cross a little bridge, after entering the apartment there is a spiral staircase that brings you into what is essentially a studio with the terrific outdoor terrace serving as the living/dining area. The bed was very comfy. It was unexpectedly warm during our stay and Hugo kept checking in and brought us 2 fans. I can’t say enough good things about the Condesa neighborhood - tons of restaurants and shops, very safe and walkable.

The place was great, and Enrique is a wonderful host. He was very responsive and helpful. He recommended some restaurants, and they were fantastic. We had extra requests, and he fulfilled all of them without any hesitation. He is a very kind person and the best host that I have ever met. The apartment is located in the best neighborhood in Mexico City, a very walkable neighborhood. The apartment is near numerous restaurants, and Walmart is located across the street. The building is super secure; it has at least 5 security personnel all the time. I definitely recommend it.

I’ve been traveling to La Condesa since 2008 and have even lived there for a while. The value for this apartment and its location is truly unbeatable. Juan is a great host. Everything was absolutely perfect.

We arrived early in the morning, and Letty greeted us with such warmth — she even made us coffee to start the day! The view from the room is absolutely stunning, and it’s equipped with everything we could possibly need. What truly amazed us was that Letty made our bed and tidied up the room every single day — such a lovely surprise! The whole place feels incredibly cozy and full of heart. You can really tell that it’s hosted with 100% love, care, and attention to every detail. We felt so at home here!

I have traveled to Mexico a dozen times and stayed in many places . We had a really nice time and enjoyed Erika’s apartment. There is a Sumesa nearby for groceries and Ecobici bike corals for easy bicycle transportation! The apartment has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, and the floor plan was spacious and flowed nicely. The kitchen is very large and everything works well! A Few days worth of coffee and sugar are provided ! The Bathroom is super nice and we appreciated the hot water and good water pressure. Also we really appreciated The quiet ceiling fans, thar add to the comfortable environment, we were never too hot nor too cold! We are the type that prefer the firmer bed that is on offer and found the bedding and towels to be of very high quality and were impeccably clean. There is bountiful light and fresh air that come through the windows and we felt very safe on the property. A cute little dog named Greta visited one day and was most welcome, we never heard her bark . Thanks!

Great spot for 3 people. Larger than the photos make it seem, so we were all pleasantly surprised.

The arrival was easy, everyone was always very friendly, the apartment was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed, I felt at home. Norma is always very kind and attentive. The area is safe and pleasant for walking, very good restaurants, fun bars around the corner. It has everything.

Everything as described! Awesome place in a great location. Loved the hammock and the keyboard and the bluetooth speaker (I don't play guitar, sadly). LOU coffee bar became a favourite, just down the road, as did oly restaurant, opposite. Amsterdam 15 min walk away. Tons of great restaurants nearby, like gente de barro for breakfast and NIV for dinner / cocktails. Highly recommended.

The most beautiful artistic Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Every room had a different vibe and there was so much beautiful art and books to look at. The house is so well designed and has so much character! The hosts were super helpful, kind, flexible and communicative. We loved every part of our stay! We had a great stay in this spacious and well-equipped apartment in CDMX.Traveling as a family, we truly appreciated the ample space and comfortable bedrooms. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Parque Lincoln, with great restaurants and cafés nearby. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was seamless, and the Host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Highly recommended!

An incredible, comfortable, beautiful, and very clean apartment. With everything you need to have a luxurious stay. I highly recommend it. It is in a very good location, with a very safe building. The host's attention was the best. I would just like you to tell the maintenance staff to check the elevator in tower 3 well. We had a bad experience that was resolved, but it was not pleasant. We were trapped for 20 minutes. But in itself, the apartment is amazing, my new place to stay in Mexico City. 10/10

The place is comfortable and is in an area where you can walk to several restaurants, cafes, and shops. I liked that at night it was peaceful and there was no traffic noise. The place is as described.

Ximena is a wonderful host and her flat is remarkable (as they say, better than the pictures). The gorgeous pool was also a highlight for us as lap swimmers. We had an amazing time!

Excellent accommodation, 10/10 location. Hugo and his team were very attentive and always supported us with any questions we had. I would only improve the handling of the hot water in the shower, which was complicated, and I would add air conditioning in the apartment. Thank you very much for everything, highly recommended! I would definitely stay with Hugo again.

Great place for our first visit to CDMX! Walkable to anything you could want in Roma Norte and condesa. Sarali is very responsive and friendly; we especially appreciated her list of recommendations. We went to some great places we wouldn’t have found ourselves.

This is a very nice location with a very walkable neighborhood with many restaurants and cafe's to choose from. Markets were close as well as nice boutiques on Amsterdam Street. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a plus as we did a lot of walking and various excursions.. The kitchen was well equipments and the roof top pool and loungers was a nice place for a quick dip and relaxing after a busy day. We highly recommend this apartment and Luis and colleagues were very helpfull
