Excellent choice to stay in the city, the place is beautiful and comfortable, access is safe and controlled, very good view of the city from the apartment. Alejandro was an excellent host, with very good service and response time. I definitely recommend this place if you're coming to the area

The apartment is comfortable, cozy and very clean, private and safe parking. It is a place where everything is Hand, useful commercial premises, recreational areas, my family and I delighted with the place, thanks to Lili who was very attentive to all my questions, thank you very much for having us 🌹

Adrian’s place is fantastic. Located in a great & safe area in CDMX. The street food in front of the door is incredible, the pool is heated like a bathtub (which I love), fantastic gym and in a great location. Highly recommend it if you need a good place to stay in CDMX. The only thing that could be improved, is that the place has a second key available at no extra cost.

The accommodation faithfully matches the description provided, has all the necessary amenities for a long stay, and is spacious and comfortable. Communication with the host was agile and effective, which allowed us to resolve all our doubts in a timely manner. We would definitely consider coming back next time! As a note for future guests, it's important to note that, being located next to a road and on one of the upper floors, a certain level of noise can be perceived and the temperature inside can be somewhat high at certain times of the day.

Definitely recommend! Great location. Felt safe and comfortable during our stay. Walkable area along with close to a lot of great restaurants. Hugo was attentive and helpful during our entire stay.

The location was great, safe. Had walkable places nearby. The photos matched the place. But above everything, patricia was super responsive and provided super clear instructions, even before I asked (always one step ahead). The check in and check out runs very smoothly which I appreciate. The premises are quiet and clean. The rooms as well. We were out pretty much all day and the matress super comfortable to have a good night sleep.

Great place to visit museums and walk around the neighborhood. An amazing building to rest after a long day in the city. Wonderful pool to do some laps.

Scarlet’s apartment made it hard to return to “normal life.” A dreamy blend of garden, treehouse, and modern glass box, this space was the perfect home base for our CDMX vacation. From the moment we arrived, we felt safe and welcomed. The building has fantastic 24/7 security — always warm, smiling, and ready to help. You enter through a stunning, Asian-inspired courtyard framed by towering brutalist facades, and take a private elevator straight to the apartment. Tucked on a quiet street in Condesa, the apartment is just a short walk to Parque Espana and countless excellent shops, cafés, and restaurants — or a quick, affordable Uber to the busier boutique strips. Inside, the space is spotless, well air-conditioned, and incredibly comfortable. Stay with Scarlet. You won’t regret it.

Always a pleasant stay at this apartment. It has everything you need for a week of tourism or remote in Mexico City. I’ve stayed here a dozen times. Already booked for the next stay. 10/10

Very comfortable stay, just like in the photos, and the building staff are super friendly, especially Marcos, the security guard, who treated us amazingly! I'll repeat when I return to Mexico City

Our stay at Begoña’s house was everything we hoped it would be based on the photos and the descriptions. It was so comfortable and clean and we felt very safe. Additionally, she recommended a driver for us named Antonio who helped with airport pick ups and drop offs, and he was incredibly kind. We would highly recommend this to small families or couples looking for a fun adventure in CDMX!

Apartment is clean, well maintained, and organized. The location is close to many things while still being quiet.

Great place, 5 stars. Open bedroom with a curtain but very cozy, bed was amazing and easily fit the 3 of us ( my wife & 7year old ) more covers / pillows would be nice but nothing to complain about there, bathroom and amenities were fantastic as well, little couch in the living area that can be pulled out and turned into an extra bed for 2 plus another couch for sitting / dining. Wouldn’t call the gym a “ fully equipped gym “ it was about 3 pieces of cardio equipment and some dumbbells but still was nice to have that, only complaint is the white shades ( at night there are lights right outside the windows and in the morning the sun will wake you up ( if you are not into that make sure you bring your sleeping mask ) otherwise everything else was excellent!

Great place with pool,sauna and small gym. Small downside for soundproofing but otherwise great apartment and highly responsive host.

The apartment was impeccable, totally as it appeared in the photos, very conveniently located and convenient for walking or getting around by car, the place has many amenities and the building staff manages Airbnb guests very well, our stay was 9 days with my family of 5, we had a great time in CDMX, many things still to do and see. Elvira was always attentive to any circumstance and support we might need. I would definitely return to his apartment and I highly recommend it for business trips or a stroll in CDMX.

Gym was very well equipped with solid machines. Jacuzzi and Sauna were nice too. Pool was great too and had a long area to do laps. Washer/Dryer was very easy to use. Kitchen well equipped. Great stay.

This apartment was absolutely incredible. A perfect place to stay with a comfy semi outdoor space. The walls seemed well insulated but the door to the apartment is a bit thin so you can hear a lot through the door. Great neighbor with lots of restaurants that are in walking distance.

Excellent service, a very comfortable, clean, nice place and good location! I would definitely come back.
