Markus is a really great host. You feel right at home with him! Thank you for that! We highly recommend this great place high above the mountains.

Stayed 9 days, were satisfied. We were by car - convenient location, quiet neighborhood, very easy parking on a private property, finding the address was not a problem. Ground floor, separate entrance without steps. The accommodation has good heating and a constant supply of hot water in the shower, at the time of check-in it was cool - this is solved by adjusting the radiator and after 24 hours the accommodation warmed up well. The kitchen is convenient: we cooked 2 times a day, but we really wanted a microwave - it was replaced by an oven, so everything was ok. Our sleep was never disturbed, the bed is comfortable, the blankets are very warm. Check-in instructions are sent automatically on the day of check-in on Airbnb.

Everything matched the description and photos. Close to the centers of Bressanone and Vipiteno. Logistically convenient for visiting Austria, especially Innsbruck. Silvia is always available and very quick to respond to messages.

We really enjoyed the apartment. It’s clean and spacious with two lovely balconies that both have excellent views. We enjoyed Bressanone a lot, it’s a beautiful town. Highly recommend going to the Plose Mountain 🏔️ for a hike. There’s a lunch place called Rossalm Alm that’s about a 45 minute easy hike to from the gondola 🚠 that has excellent food and wine and stunning views The bus stop is close to the apartment so getting anywhere is very convenient. The restaurant at Hotel Krone which is close by has wonderful pizzas 🍕 We wished we had stayed another day or two.
