Ob Spaziergang am Wasser, Boot fahren, schlemmen oder shoppen ... alles liegt direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein, bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene im 1,80x2,00m Boxspringbett und einer Dritten Person (max 1,80m) auf der Couch. Ausflüge ins Stadtzentrum und zur Elfi können bequem mit den Öffis unternommen werden. Car Sharing, E-Roller und Ladestationen in der Nähe.

Sutje Bude is a cozy 40sqm freshly renovated fully equipped 1- room apartment with its own entrance. It has a combined living/ sleeping room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom (for your usage only) as well as a west balcony. The bright apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a traditional Rotlkinker building in the popular district of Barmbek-Süd close to Winterhude.

The apartment was completely renovated in July 2024. The living space is distributed over two rooms.

Beautiful quiet apartment between Alster and Stadtpark. Good connection to local transport, U-Bahn Borgweg in 10 minutes (850 m) and bus in 5 minutes' walk. Walking distance to shopping: supermarket, drugstore, pharmacy, etc. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and a beautiful, sunny balcony in the courtyard. I don't have Wi-Fi. One street further but there is a nice café (Frau Kowolik) with Wi-Fi. Free parking (public)

It is centrally located: the subway stations Hamburger Straße or Dehnhaide can be reached within 5-7 minutes on foot and in 10 minutes you can take the subway to the MAIN STATION. A large shopping arcade, the "Hamburger Mile", is also within 5 minutes walking distance.
