A mountain biking paradise (trails, pump tracks, downhill mountain biking are close). The apartment is simple; it has its own entrance, two bedrooms, bathroom, a patio, full kitchen and floor heating throughout the apartment. Provisioning available on request. We speak Norwegian, English and Dutch.

Cozy little cottage on Geilo

Lower your shoulders and relax in this cozy cabin in quiet surroundings. Simple standard with slightly crooked floors and walls. One bedroom with a 120 cm bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. If you like to lie close, there is room for up to 4. There is only a short walk to the cross country trail and the nearest ski lift is only 3.3 km away. Oh, and don't buy drinking water. We have, maybe the world's best, and cleanest water in the tap :)

Heritage cottage/chalet, 26m2. Typical for the valley Hallingdal. Basic kitchen appliances. Linen and towells provided. No cleaning fee and guests are required to leave the cottage as on arriving. Please read the manuel. Outdoor garden, forest and beautiful view. Trekking directly from the cabin. Please note that a private toilet, basin and shower are in the annekset beside the cottage, and not accessible during winter from October to April.

A compact kitchen area is equipped with a stainless steel sink and a two-basin design. A modern microwave is positioned on a wooden countertop. Gray cabinetry and a dish soap bottle are also visible, contributing to a functional cooking space.

Simple and quiet accommodation, which is centrally located. Sleeps up to 4. Two in private bedroom. Bed 150 wide. Sofa bed in living room/kitchen area where you can make up for 2 people. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen. Lots of storage space. Access to booth upon agreement. Electric car charger can be used for NOK 50 upon agreement. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to use the charger.

Spacious Cozy Cabin

We are a family of 10 who stayed at this cabin and it was extremely comfortable. The layout of the house was nice with plenty of room for gathering in the kitchen and living room (the recliner is so comfortable, I'm going to buy myself one just like it!) as well as comfortable bedrooms. Cooking in the kitchen was no problem as it was well stocked with everything we needed (pots/pans etc). Location was perfect for being in the countryside, but it was close enough to grocery stores, train station, and the city center of Geilo that there was no problem traveling there and back multiple times (a day trip on the train to Flam is doable and beautiful, I highly recommend it). It was so close to the Ruperandan and easy to access. This is a highlight of the property! Ski in/out from your front door in the winter time! Terje was an excellent host and always communicated thoroughly and in a speedy manner.

Amazing cabin with truly beautiful views. Loved having the BBQ grill. Good quality gravel road to get to the cabin, with many switchbacks. It takes around 10 minutes to drive there from the main road - not good if you're scared of heights!

Geilo. Downtown apartment in quiet residential area

We had a very pleasant and warm stay. The flat has underfloor heating (very nice!), a powerful shower and very hot water in kitchen and bathroom. Øyvind was friendly and very helpful. He even set up a waxing bench for me in the car port and provided an iron for waxing our cross country skis. It's easy enough to bring your own tools on the plane. The cross country skiing stadium is 10 min walk away. It's a bit closer to the Bardøla hotel where the ski bus stops or the loipe to the northern plateau starts (in parts extremely steep going uphill). But you can take the bus up. The hotel has a pleasant restaurant serving wonderful burgers. Walking to the train station and centre takes about 20 mins. Keep in mind that you are expected to clean the flat at the end of your stay.

A stone fireplace is positioned in a cozy corner, emanating a warm glow from the flames inside. Firewood is neatly stacked beside it, contributing to a rustic charm. Large glass doors lead to an outdoor area, allowing for natural light to enter the space.

Absolutely beautiful and modern mountain cabin. Cozy and with lots of amenities. Peaceful birch forest out the back windows, and incredible scenic views of the lake and ski area out the large front windows. Right beside a fun network of trails for hiking and biking. Would love to return some day.
