Vacation rentals with beach access in Natal

The apartment is very spacious, organized, well-equipped and is a short walk away from the beach. During my stay, there was a little maintenance in the building, which the host warned me in advance to let me know, showing attention and cordiality. Voltaria more often for sure. Beautiful place and super close to the beach. We will definitely return! The only problem we had was a leak because there was a day that it rained basically the entire day. Other than that, the stay was perfect. The balcony is sensational!

Super cozy apartment, super comfortable bed, clean linens and towels, but the internet didn't work. But I will definitely return to the place and I am sure the internet problem will be solved!

Very cozy, comfortable house, we stayed in 10 adults and 2 children and felt at home. The house is equipped with items necessary for everyday life and more, we were able to cook there during the stay, use the needle and lines available to sew a tear, and still have fun with some of the many games available. The house has cameras, alarms and electronic locks that made us feel safe. The host, Vicente, was very helpful and attentive whenever we need it. The location is excellent, close to the beach of Ponta Negra, the people in the mood would go back to the beach on foot, those with little disposition easily got an Uber. Speaking of which, we had no problem getting Uber to go or leave, no matter the time. The house is excellent that we feel like staying there longer, now we hope to be able to return!

Excellent house. It matches the images and description of the property. It is in a condominium of houses. Access is by facial recognition at the entrance to the condominium and the keys are in a safe in the house. The house was clean and well organized. It has several utensils. The location is good, but it is a little far from the best area of Ponta Negra, but nothing that leaves anything to be desired.

The apartment is Excellent! We loved our time staying at Carmen's apartment. The location is perfect, close to everything, we just walked. In addition, Carmen was so careful that she even left some treats for us, like beer and cold cuts. The view is incredible, comfortable bed, well equipped with towels, beach towels, among other amenities. Whenever we needed something, Carmen responded promptly. If we return to Natal, we will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Great cost-benefit, the home matches the photos. Location is good, overlooking the beach with black tip and Morro do Bald. Entrance is self check-in, space was clean and organized. Furniture and kitchen utensils are a bit old, but they cater well!
