I rent a large room with a double bed, for 1 person, excellent lighting and well ventilated, in a house close to several restaurants, supermarket, bakery and 10 minutes walk to get to Ponta Negra beach. It is also close to the Ruta do Sol, where there are several other beaches on the southern coast, such as: Pirangi, Buzius, Tabatinga, among others. The room is in a residence where I live. It has a kitchen and utensils, bathroom and even a large outdoor space with space to put a hammock and relax.

And we also have two very dear hosts: Stella (Labrador sleeper) and Samson (Pinscher full of personality). The atmosphere is family friendly and cosy, perfect for enjoying good family moments.

The bedroom is located behind a bar/bistro and if your sleep is light it may disturb you. It has easy access to the main street of Ponta Negra and is 600m from the beach. It also has air conditioning and king size bed in the suite, in addition to 2 wardrobes and work desk. In all, the house has 1 shower room and 1 toilet.
