Stay in a great location, very nice view and apartment is exactly or even better than in the photos.

Second time I was in the apartment. The view is perfect! The staff of the building are very helpful and pass one person to make the bed and bathroom regularly, I believe every 48 hours. The location is perfect for those who want to know the black tip, but also to move to the beaches of the north and south of the state, we went to Redinha, Maracajaú and Pipa. We take great advantage of the pool and the beach just below, the building has a private entrance to the beach. Another high point was the 24-hour market in front of the building and the police guard that brings a sense of security when always coming and going.

The accommodation was very good. Although the location seems strange to those who don't know Natal, the place is very quiet and safe. It has a garage, but on several nights we left the car on the street and never had any problems. It's very close to the beach (just down a staircase of about 100 steps and it's on the sand), but it's far from the black-tipped center. For those looking for tranquility and staying close to the beach is an excellent option. We always had support from Ana and Maria when we needed it and really the place was like in the pictures. It is glued to the hill of the bald which is also very good.

We are a flia of 5. 2 adults and 3 children. The excellent response from the host. We had a pleasant surprise because the location is unbeatable, you are on the beach. BEAUTIFUL VIEW. The photos in the apartment are as is. Breakfast with the necessary, eggs, ham, cheese, fruits and something sweet, coffee with milk, juices, Yogures. We will definitely be back!!! We loved it, I would definitely go back to the same place!! Thank you for this vacation!!!!

The host was very kind. It was all like in the ad. The internal environment of the hotel is very cozy, the apartment was impeccable, I have nothing to complain about when it depended on the accommodation. I had a bit of difficulty with the very steep hills, returning to the extremely tired apartment; and the distance from the beach, after the fattening the sea was very far away, but it is not something that depends on the host. Only information for those who do not know the beach, if you are not by car and I had difficulty locomotion, think well before going.

CLEAN PLACE, WELL LOCATED (grocery stores and various food options nearby), Nice porters. Only the issue of parking spaces in the garage is bad, as they are few and I had to leave my car outside during the entire trip. However, we did not have any unforeseen circumstances. But you never know, I was lucky that nothing happened. Otherwise, the apartment left nothing to be desired.

Good location, the flet has everything we need , in addition to the Sol service that felt like it was my grandmother's home.

Amazing villa!!! There is not much to be said about the listing. Strengths: location, communication with host, good structure. Negative points: some items such as washing machine, brooms were damaged (I think because of previous guests, but when we told the gustvo the same was very thoughtful.

The apartment was spotless! Clean and smelling. It's exactly like in the pictures! Renato was super kind and helpful in communication and problem solving! We would definitely return!

Wonderful apartment, comfortable, clean, sleeps 4 people easily. Part of the kitchen has everything. You can make breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a convenience store inside the condominium where you can make the necessary purchases. Wonderful laser area with 4 heated pools. Restaurant in the leisure area until 10 p.m. Playroom, game room, beauty salon, whirlpool room. Priscila Anfritian was wonderful, giving us her full attention. Extremely safe condominium.

Very pleased with my stay. The home matched the listing description. Apartment full of equipment and utensils to make the stay comfortable even for a longer period.

The residence is still beautiful and it has even improved: easy check-in on arrival and access during the stay, loan of chairs and umbrellas for the beach, open restaurant and pool bar. Claudia is a very nice, responsive and friendly host. She spared no effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible! I would highly recommend it

Excellent stay, matches the photos, very good location. Flawber was a great host, made check-in flexible, which made it a lot easier, we would definitely stay at your accommodation again, we felt at home, a 10 for everything.

The Apartment true to the description given. Super helpful and kind Douglas. Fully functional, organized apartment close to bars, restaurants, beach, pharmacies, etc. Safe and very well located. I recommend it too much and I am grateful for the hospitality.

The stay was excellent! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: clean, cozy and well located without counting the amazing view. Everything went perfectly during my stay. Host Ivone was super solicitous and attentive, always available to help with whatever it took. I highly recommend the AP and would definitely host again.

Great place to stay , a good location, there are little bars nearby for those who like to enjoy the night . The site was clean and well-organized, reception staff are well-educated. The hosts were very flexible, gave tips on things around the flat and responded very quickly. I and my cousin love it, we will definitely return .

Amazing Flat, all very clean, organized and very well located. Diogenes is a great host, helped us by pointing out tours, places, and was in contact all the time to find out if we needed anything. We had a little unforeseen with the internet that was oscillating all the time, but Diogenes promptly solved this.
