Amazing stay! Stayed during CMA Fest week and it was super walkable (a little more than a mile) to all CMA Fest activities and Nissan stadium. The property was quiet, clean, and just as described. I felt safe even walking at night. Bekah gave clear check in and check out instructions. Would stay again!

Positiv: Fussläufig nahe dem Broadway & Germantown. Trotzdem weit genug weg, um etwas Ruhe zu bekommen. Freundliche, schnelle Kommunikation! Kleine Anmerkung: Für mich war nicht ersichtlich das es nur ein Schlafzimmer & nur ein Bett gab. Die 2. Schlafmöglichkeit ist eine ausziehbare Couch oder eine Luftmatratze. Wir sind zu 3. angereist (es wurde angegeben das max. 4 Personen in der Unterkunft Platz finden). Ich denke jedoch es ist maximal für 2 Personen ausgelegt. Vielleicht Ansichtssache! Der Balkon war aufgrund der fehlenden Sauberkeit nicht nutzbar.

Beautiful place! Went for a weekend trip and was in the perfect location. Walking distance to the Gulch and even Broadway. Very close to 12 South/Hillsboro shopping area as well. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and the Guitar pool was a nice touch! Thank you!!

Such a great place to stay with lot to do around. The host was very communicative and answered all questions immediately. Everything was very clean for us when we got there and was easy to check in and out. I would recommend this place to people wanting to stay in Nashville.

This condo was the cherry on top of our Nashville trip. Tucked just far enough from the downtown noise, but close enough for a cheap Uber ride to Broadway, this place hit the sweet spot between comfort and convenience. Inside? Spotless. Stylish without trying too hard. The bed was ridiculously comfy (like, we looked up the mattress brand), the towels were plush, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The little extras stood out: blackout curtains for sleeping in, a Bluetooth speaker for our own pregame playlist, and a list with actual local places (coffee & donut spots, hot chicken spots, rooftop bars, and sweet tooth spots). Way better than Googling aimlessly. The host? Super responsive and genuinely thoughtful. They even were able to remotely unlock the unit after were locked ourselves out. That kind of attention goes a long way. Bottom line: This isn’t just a place to crash between bar-hopping and brunch. It felt like home. We’ll 100% book again.

We absolutely loved this airbnb! The location is perfect with a quick walk to broadway so we didn’t need to spend any money on uber. The room itself was also so nice with so much room. We absolutely loved the patio with easy access to the courtyard and pool area! The host is also so helpful and friendly, she was a great host! We will absolutely be staying here again!

Delightful, spacious condo/apartment in a modern building with all the creature comforts, including luxury linens, a syrups-stocked coffee station, king-sized (and worthy) bed, walk in closet for all your boots and belt buckles, fancy fresh soaps and a cute balcony for pre-Broadway toasts or an early morning (caramel) coffee. Hosts were super helpful/gracious when we needed to “phone a friend” for a little help with the app in the parking garage. We loved this arty and super-cool apartment, and hope to return!

Me and my now fiancè had such a great time! We got engaged on our trip to Nashville and Latoyia’s AirBnB was perfect for the two of us! She was very responsive and respectful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Definitely in a transitioning neighborhood, but never once did we fear for our safety. Mainly just people roaming/walking the area. Close to Broadway, Walmart, Kroger, and many fast food places and gas stations. We would definitely stay here again should we come back to Nashville in the future!

This place was amazing! Perfect for a group of friends exploring East Nashville. It was close to relatively everything, and felt super comfortable. Would definitely stay again if I had the chance!

I've stayed at this resort before- Nice place. Great amenities. Location was close enough to downtown and other attractions to fit our needs. Loved the shuttle service! The only negative was concierge was relentlessly trying to sell me on buying a timeshare there. Very pushy!

I absolutely loved my stay at Nick's condo! It was the perfect spot for my extended work trip. I loved the location because it was so close to my work project, but it also had great walkability to food spots & several places to run errands. The Midtown / West end neighborhood felt super safe & I loved the energy. The building itself is beautiful. The amenities of the building are so awesome! The gym is great and never super busy & I loved all the communal areas and decor. Props to the hydration & coffee station. The condo itself was the best part! So amazingly decorated & a great layout with beautiful views of Midtown/the cute hotel rooftop across the way. The condo has everything you need for cooking, cleaning/laundry, lounging, closet space etc. I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE--I loved it that much! Nick was great with meeting me with check-in and constantly communicating throughout my extended stay. Highly recommend this place to everyone & anyone! Hope to be back on my next work trip!

Our stay was amazing! We were accommodated for early check-in, the room was very clean (looked just as described), and it was only 15 minutes from Downtown Nashville. Joy was a pleasure to work with! She did the utmost to ensure that my group and I were comfortably accommodated and we are so appreciative of her. Highly recommend!

Host was very responsive! Place was even better than I could imagine! My group had so much fun 🤩 loved our stay!

Rupas place was great! Very clean and cozy. It had a lot of amenities and Rupa communicated promptly and effectively. I look forward to staying here again soon.

Kim er en fantastisk vert! Han svarer raskt og er hyggelig. Han er veldig gjestfri, fleksibel og løsningsorientert. Leiligheten er gjennomført til fingerspissene og inneholder alt du trenger. Sovesofaen i stua gjorde at vi fint kunne bo der 7 personer. Basseng og treningsrom som er et stort pluss. Hadde lett kommet tilbake! Leiligheten kan virkelig anbefales videre.

The host had all our questions answered without having to ask. 10 minute walk to downtown. If you have 2 couples looking to enjoy Nashville, this place is perfect. Great value for the price over the weekend, would definitely use again

Melanie was very responsive and helpful. The place is great. The only thing I would point out is the thermostat is a little finicky.

We had 3 couples at Joe's place. The unit was clean and had nice furnishings. It was about a mile walk to Broadway. Everything was as described in the listing and all instructions were explained well in the Guidebook we were sent before our stay. Any questions we had, Joe responded to immediately.

Great stay, and great location! Anthony and Kimberly were helpful and responsive hosts. Would stay here again!

The place was spotless and conveniently located. It’s only about a 10 minute drive to Broadway and basically a straight shot. Easy check in and plenty of parking. Couldn’t ask for more.

This place was so great! Easy to get to downtown and great location to Uber downtown if needed as well. Definitely would love to come back if I’m back in Nashville
