Perfect location to visit Narni and the Gole del Nera both on foot and by mountain bike, as well as other places only half an hour away such as Rieti or the Cascate delle Marmore. Quiet apartment and free parking in front. It is convenient to have breakfast in the area because there are bars and pastries on foot as well as various other shops.

I've never found so many services offered in one place. Eliana was immediately available to provide us with a camping cot with all the essentials and a high chair for our one-and-a-half-year-old girl. The house is full of children's games and books that my baby immediately plundered! In the kitchen you have everything you need to make tea/herbal tea and pasta, while the bathroom is full of products for everyone! Eliana also recommended activities and restaurants nearby, super approved accommodation!

Very nice house with a beautiful panoramic terrace, inconvenient to reach if you travel by car but it is in the historic center, very flexible check-in which was helpful for us
