Excellent from every aspect. Very helpful hosts, very nice apartment and room. Central location in Konak. Easy to get to from airport or otogar. Walking djstance to beach and many other tourist areas. I highly recommend for visitors to Izmir.

Ozgun is a great host, the street where the place is located is good to buy, it is the best neighborhood to experience the real Izmir local life.Walk 5-8 minutes to the sea.Surrounded by a lot of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, very convenient.Had a wonderful week here.Thank you so much Ozgun for helping with the unexpected and make yourself at home!

The location and sea view of the house were very satisfying, clean and tidy and had quite enough heating for those who would stay in the winter. The house is heated by natural gas and fireplace, and the fireplace and sea views make this house stand out from other houses. The house is in a decent neighborhood and the shop owners around know the artisan. The residents are not disturbing people, the apartment is generally quiet and peaceful. I recommend it as a Tourist.

Everything was perfect from top to bottom. I'm a little meticulous person, I had reservations about cleanliness, but the house was clean. Mr. Tolga and his mother were very helpful. House is very central at the heart of izmir close to all public transportation facilities. The room has a very comfortable double bed, big closet with mirror, a chair and a bed side lamp. There is locker on the door as well. Ezgi and her husband are very kind, helpful and open minded people! I definitely recommend this place.

The house was very nice. Mr. Seçkin thought of everything in all the details and we were able to reach everything we didn't need. It was spotless and safe, we stayed with 3 girlfriends comfortably. Since we arrived with our own vehicle, we did not have any transportation problems. The location is also very good. The proximity to the sea, the garden, the interior of the house were great. Mr. Ramazan moved our check-in time to an earlier time due to our special situation. It was a house where we stayed very comfortably with the baby. Great neighborhood, quiet, there were markets nearby. All tools and cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom were of high quality and abundantly available. The site is quiet, the parking lot is spacious, we had no trouble finding a place. We got a quick response to all our questions. Only the dishwasher was broken during our stay, which is normal.

The house has a great location. Close to the subway and grocery stores. It's also calm and comfortable as a neighborhood. There are enough amenities in the house as well.

5 stars is not enough for Hootan and his place. Every single second of my stay I felt like home. The house is cozy and has everything you're ever need. Neighborhood is quiet. Hootan was really kind and responsive. His co-hosts (his cats 😄) are the sweetest furballs you'll ever see, don't forget to pet them! I can't recommend this place enough, that's the best choice to make when staying in Izmir.

Lovely stay. Got picked up from the airport, which was hugely appreciated as I was a bit worried about getting a taxi in the evening. Very nice chats. Amazing view of the sea. Comfortable bed.
