Excellent from every aspect. Very helpful hosts, very nice apartment and room. Central location in Konak. Easy to get to from airport or otogar. Walking djstance to beach and many other tourist areas. I highly recommend for visitors to Izmir.

The view was wonderful!

The apartment is very well decorated and free of clutter. Very welcoming and easy to relax in. The view of the ocean is amazing. There are restaurants, markets, cafes, shops, etc. right outside the front and back doors. Also public transportation that takes you straight to the downtown touristy area. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend if you're staying in Izmir.

Ozgun is a great host, the street where the place is located is good to buy, it is the best neighborhood to experience the real Izmir local life.Walk 5-8 minutes to the sea.Surrounded by a lot of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, very convenient.Had a wonderful week here.Thank you so much Ozgun for helping with the unexpected and make yourself at home!

It was my 3rd Airbnb experience and I had no problems for the first time. It was clean, peaceful, the house has a unique aura. It is a ground floor apartment in old Izmir, 2 blocks behind the elevator, but you can see other houses downhill from the balcony. Ms. Ipeknur put all the necessary equipment in the house, thank you very much

First of all, the house really felt like home. The location was close to everything and easy to get to. Although I was the only one, every area of the house was useful. Everything was exactly the same as the pictures. I was really satisfied with this place from Izmir, where I went for a visit to work and friends. In addition, since I work on remote, I would like to thank Mr. Deniz for providing accurate information about the internet use and work area I specifically mentioned. We were very pleased with Onur's apartment. It's big and spacious. The whole family had space, even when we had guests. Everything was great - the cleanliness on arrival, the amenities, two bathrooms. We were really very satisfied and would book again anytime if we come back. The only thing that bothered or was missing was the lack of WiFi connection. The Internet was sometimes there, sometimes not. If it was still available, then unfortunately only in the living and dining room area. Unfortunately, the connection did not extend to the bedrooms. This would be our only criticism and a suggestion for improvement. Everything else was great!

It may be necessary to use public transport to reach lively places. Its location is close to all kinds of public transportation. You only need to climb a hill to get home after getting off the tram (you can avoid the hill by using the famous elevator). She was attentive to house cleaning in a way that left no room for doubt; the tiles were shining, the furniture was tidy. The house was very tastefully furnished and we immediately embraced it as if it were ours with its warm atmosphere. In fact, some days we preferred to sit at home in front of the view instead of visiting Izmir. Mrs. Cansu personally greeted us, gave detailed information about the environment and even supported our special needs. He was very kind and helpful. Thank you :) <3

The pictures show the apartment exactly how it is. I had a little trouble finding the place, but once I did the instructions were pretty clear on how to get inside. The apartment was clean and I had everything I needed. As a girl, I felt safe in the neighbourhood. Shops, bakery, farmer’s market (I highly recommend), and authentic restaurants are nearby. The host was reachable although I had no questions and issues to discuss :)

Guests will need to take precautions against mosquitoes to be more comfortable on the balcony and inside at night. We are very satisfied with our stay. Thank you.

Excellent place. Thank you so much for Mr. Boris' hospitality and quick response to questions. The view of the house was magnificent and the house was immaculate. If you have a car, the only problem will be finding a parking space, but if you drive around the street 1-2 times, you can definitely find a place to park. I will definitely contact Mr. Boris for my next stay in Izmir.

The stay was pleasant. The bedding smelled wonderful. The service provided by the staff is excellent, they immediately come to remove any disturbance. I'll be staying here again.

Our needs were met during the stay and we were able to check in without any extra effort as described in the description. Also, the cleanliness and amenities of the house were quite sufficient.
