Charmante maisonnette indépendante de 21 m², idéale pour 2 personnes. Située à 2 km du centre-ville, 3 km de la gare et 20 min du Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours, elle est parfaite pour un séjour cosy. Entièrement rénovée, elle offre une pièce à vivre avec coin cuisine équipé (lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière) et espace nuit/salon (BZ avec matelas de qualité, TV, penderie). Salle de bain moderne avec douche et WC. Calme et pratique, idéale pour séjour professionnel ou escapade détente.

Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

The Castle Estate

In a quiet and idyllic setting, the Domaine du Château offers its two rooms combining originality and modernity in a farmhouse built in the 18th century with the stones of the medieval castle of Passy-les-Tours. These rooms overlook a common area consisting of an equipped kitchen and a TV/Wi-Fi lounge In the surroundings you can visit the Cluny site of La Charité-Sur-Loire, browse the vineyards of Sancerrois and Pouilly Fumé, enjoy nature in the Bertranges forest.

You will be staying in a mythical place in Pouilly-sur-Loire: the former hotel-restaurant L'Espérance. The wedding room, with views of the vineyards and the Loire, has been transformed into two comfortable single-level accommodations. Enjoy a 20m2 covered terrace and a private courtyard for your vehicle. You will be only 200 meters from the city center and all amenities. For halloween we made a small decoration in the entrance airlock of the accommodation.

Apartment in the countryside

It is at the pavement of the Chateau de Mimont on the side of Mont that we offer an original apartment (independent entrance) with its exceptional view, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, ping-pong, swimming (note: unheated pools and therefore closed from September to April)

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Located in the heart of the Yonne, close to Auxerre, Chablis, Avallon, Vézelay and Puisayes. To complete your stay, why not a good massage!

For a family holiday, to relax and recharge, we offer our cottage, enclosed garden, ideally located between the Nièvre, the Cher and the Yonne. Free Highspeed WiFi (remote work). You will find all the comforts ... Close to Sancerre (favorite village of the French), many visits to do. On the ground floor: kitchen, office, shower room, toilet, 1 bedroom (1 bed in 140), Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed in 140 and 2 beds in 90) Terrace with garden furniture.

Lovely 180m2 house, nestled in nature in an exceptional environment, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Friendly and warm, this house has just been renovated and offers you all the comforts for a pleasant stay with friends or family. The beautiful park of this place full of history is equipped with a swimming pool, Scandinavian bath and sauna. These amenities are not exclusive to this house and are shared with three other houses in the Domain.

L'Ecrin de Loire - Stopover on the water

🏠Small house, formerly a sailor's house, semi-detached with the privilege of direct access to the banks of the Loire. It faces the river and is at the foot of all amenities. Large windows open to a tree-lined boardwalk where strollers share the space with cyclists taking the Loire by bike. Peaceful and central location at the foot of the church, 150m from a bakery and 190m from the grocery store and a butcher shop.
