Babeth is a lovely host, always ready to be of service, very accommodating and very discreet. Even living above, she was able to make us feel comfortable and respect our privacy. His kindness exceeded our expectations. The house is very quiet, not very large but comfortable and very well-equipped. Very pleasant to live in for a short stay. The highlight of the house is undoubtedly the large pool, its surroundings and shaded terraces. A delight! We would highly recommend!

A great weekend in this very pleasant accommodation thanks to the spaces, and its large garage that allows you to bring the car in. The huge library and children's games served us well in the evening. The accommodation is very well located (14 minutes from the Sigean reserve and the very pretty village of Peyrac). Rooms are nice with wardrobes and air conditioning. The living room is spacious and stays cool in the heat. The Japanese staircase is surprising at first but you quickly get used to it. Pierre is very friendly, pleasant and has good restaurant addresses. He is very responsive and attentive. We will gladly return to this accommodation if we have to go back to this area.

Beautiful apartment full of charm in the city center in a very quiet cul-de-sac. Well-equipped and very pleasant with its patio and small terrace upstairs. Air conditioning very appreciated. I would highly recommend it

Very pleasant house to live in, very nice view of the river and the village. Very beautiful area, full of hikes to do in the area. The description of the top floor is not accurate enough, we don't understand that the 2 bedrooms are in a row. Luckily that didn't bother us. We had a lovely stay with friends.

We will keep fond memories of our stay at Véronique's. Lovers of old stones will be delighted in this beautiful village built around its castle. Old stones, we visit them (Minerva, Fontfroide Abbey, Carcassonne...) and we live there! But Véronique's stone house is perfectly renovated and comfortable! There is everything you need from the coffee machine to the dryer, impeccable bedding, space, harmonious colors. Several small parking lots are available nearby. We would definitely recommend this listing.

We stayed at Stéphanie's house for a week and loved it. The house is clean and functional, everything is there, it is on a very quiet street and close to everything. The plus is the beautiful quiet garden with the pool. Stéphanie is an available and very attentive host. Our kids also felt very good there. We will keep this address for a future stay with joy.

We had a lovely stay at Jacques's, his house is tastefully restored and it's a good place to stay! Communication is quick and Michael's welcome was very warm, I highly recommend this place where we had a very pleasant stay!

We booked a night for a girls weekend, 12 in total. 😅 It was crowded but the accommodation is perfectly suitable. Welcoming, full of life, ultra functional! Living with the hosts is very simple, the exchanges were very pleasant 😊

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, spacious, with comfortable private exteriors. Everything is there, the linen, the beds are made, the cleaning is taken into account... It's perfect for a weekend of rest! Pets are allowed and it's a real plus for us, it was really ideal to be able to stay in this house with our two little dogs and discover the walks around. The surroundings on foot are beautiful. Thanks again!

Well located in the center of village. Good communication as there was a bit of a mix up with entry on the first day. There is not a lot of natural light in the main living area, but this would be an advantage in the summer months. Linen is not normally provided. The house was well equipped. I would stay there again.

Amazing stay!!! Mathieu Could not have been more helpful and friendly and responsive. The flat was beautiful and impeccably maintained. It is just a stones throw from the charming old town of Pezanas and in an excellent location. Our boys thoroughly loved the indoor pool and ping-pong table that were in the backyard and the environment was just lovely. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to return someday. Merci Mathieu and family for everything!!

A very pleasant house, the roof terrace is a real asset to enjoy the peaceful environment and the sublime view. The air conditioning in very hot weather is ideal and welcome. Within the home you have all the necessary amenities whether in the kitchen or in terms of linens. The place was also clean. The location is great, in the countryside, to know that you still have to go a lot to reach the activities in the area but it's normal because it's the mountain. Just a quick note: at the time we stayed in this municipality, the small grocery store was already closed for a while and with no prospect of short-term reopening. Thanks to David, responsive to any questions or difficulties.

We super enjoyed this magical place and nice cozy house of Fred and Fatiha. Everything that you could need in vacation is available in the house, it is located super close to the beach, shops, market and restaurants. All is just perfect!
