tim is a great host. clear instructions, responsive, friendly. I love this location. within walking distance there are restaurants and coffee shops, ND, spots by the river to lay a blanket down and enjoy the weather. close to Lake Michigan beaches. I love the private parking. clean place, has all the amenities you love from home. it's my go to anytime I'm in SB.

Janice was very helpful from the start to finish of our stay. We expected to spend almost all our time in Three Oaks, but the surrounding towns were easy and quick to get to and offered lots of fun things to do. The house is very comfortable and quiet. Three Oaks is a lovely town. Froelich's and Journeyman were our favorites for food and drink.

We had a great time - cozy place, comfortable bedding, and can’t beat the location. We had fun playing games and walking to the playground across the street, using nearby hiking trails, and a short walk to the town shops. Fun family weekend to get away.

This house was perfect for our girl's trip to see a concert at the Blue Gate Inn. We walked right across the street from the house and ate dinner at the yummy Blue Gate Inn restaurant then walked the 1 mile walk all on sidewalks/safe to the concert. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend this house for a weekend getaway!

Ana was a very proactive and responsive host! Gave very clear instructions for getting in and reasonable requests for locking up/leaving the property! The room/suite is small and cozy, great for stopping in solo or a small family. Would be happy to stay there again when I’m up in the area!

Debbie was a great host and she had the perfect place for our group of six! The home was very clean and comfortable, and she left us breakfast and other snacks, along with toiletries and plenty of towels and bedding. She was quick to respond to communications before and during our trip, and provided recommendations as well. We will definitely be keeping her home in mind for future trips!

A gem of a place! Clean and comfortable home, great location, with a hot tub and fire pit that created a relaxing getaway. Owen is responsive and provides everything you could possibly need for a weekend of nature, hiking, beaching and relaxing. This is a guest home on the second floor of another home, but no one was there the whole weekend, so it felt very private.

Courtney is a fantastic host. The house has so many useful amenities and is designed perfectly. So many spots to gather without feeling crowded. Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms have everything you could possibly need. The fire pit in the backyard is a great space to hang out in the evening. This was a special occasion and Courtney made it so all went perfectly. 10/10 would recommend!

An incredible home in the most peaceful setting. This was our first family trip with our infant son, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The house had everything we needed, and was very spacious. Anything else we needed was less than a 15 minute drive away, and had beautiful scenery on the drives!

My family of three had a great stay. Our daughter had a hockey tournament at the Compton ice arena and Stephanie was so helpful. We even thought we’d have to extend our stay, so a bit of back and forth communication. She was there to help if we needed to stay longer or cut our time short. Loved her support. From when I booked the house to when I checked out. The house is adorable. Great attention to detail with their AirBnb. Every little detail was thought of which made our stay that much more enjoyable. Would 100% be back.

We had a group of five stay for a bachelorette weekend away. Beds and bedrooms were very spacious and clean. The decor was lovely and the we enjoyed using the fire pit at night. Allison was also very helpful with local recommendations. Would absolutely loved our stay!!!!

Our hosts were amazing! They took us in with a warm welcome and support after we were in immediate need of housing. The amenities were excellent from coffee to toothbrushes, dishes and linens. LOVED it! Was there on a business trip in late winter, and wished it was for pleasure, and in a warmer month, so I could enjoy the lake it sits on, and get to relax while there. However, I was overwhelmed with prep for television and radio appearances and a live cooking show, so I only had the pleasure of using the AWESOME soaking tub to de-stress from super long hectic days, sleeping very well in oh-so-comfy bedding, and tossing together breakfast in a charming kitchen stocked with basics, as well as a well-stocked coffee bar. I thought the fresh creamer in the fridge was a nice touch, and I loved sitting at the kitchen table enjoying my coffee and the beautiful lake view. I hope to return some day -under less stressful circumstances- so I can get to enjoy all its outdoor amenities in warmer weather, too. I also want to mention that I felt very safe staying there alone (owners live next door) and the place is so cozy I felt like I was at home throughout my entire 3-day stay.
