Absoutely loved the house, the location was perfect. 2 minute walk to Lake Gregory with great activities to do. Chandrakumar the housekeeper was super helpful and even had dinner prepared after our long journey on check in day. Would highly recommend.

Charini’s place is lovely, she was very accommodating to our needs and there is a caretaker available 24/7. Views are spectacular and not too far from town. Living room is comfy but it is cold in this area at night so opt for the additional heaters!

Ein fantastischer Gastgeber, ich wurde umsorgt und bedient wie eine Königin. Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit aber trotzdem zurückhaltend! Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles blitzsauber und es ist alles vorhanden. Mir wurde Tee und Kuchen und Snacks serviert und immer nachgefragt, ob ich etwas brauche oder ob ich Mittagessen oder Abendessen haben möchte. Alle Wünsche werden hier erfüllt, einen wunderbarer Ausflug in die Teeplantagen hat der Gastgeber für mich organisiert. An alles wurde gedacht, Picknick, Getränke und anschließend ein Mittagessen. Wenn ich einkaufen wollte, hat der Gastgeber mich begleitet und mir die besten Geschäfte gezeigt. Sogar als ich zum Arzt musste, hat er dafür gesorgt, dass alles reibungslos klappte. Und das alles zu einem sehr, sehr fairen Preis! Besser geht nicht, absolut empfehlenswert!!!!

Vi ankom med toget til byen, her blev vi hentet af Wilson (arbejdsmanden) og deres driver. Da vi kom til huset havde Mary (kokken) tilberedt fantastisk mad. Under hele opholdet følte vi os meget hjemme, her nød vi Marys mad og deres anbefalinger.

The place is located such a way that the nature's beauty is at your fingertip experiencing the cold breez from the hill area perfect for a short private get away with a loved one for a very special romantic getaway and the host was very pro active in suggesting the right timing for every bit of the trip as the transportation and meals needs to be well adjusted so you don't sleep empty stomach. The place is beautiful place for a couple looking for a romantic private getaway.

Very nice location just 3-5mins distance from post office & Victoria park. Everything is perfect.

This property is undoubtedly the best place we have stayed in and will likely stay in for a long time. From being guided in using live location to being welcomed warmly by Sanudi and her husband, everything was perfect. The food was varied, delicious and catered for any specific requests. Beautifully presented and tasted amazing. We enquired about climbing the rock behind the house and because it isn’t a well trodden path, they organised a local guy to take us up, good job as there are some tricky parts to the climb. The bedrooms are stunning and balconies perfect for sitting to watch sunrise or just appreciate the stunning surroundings. The pool is perfect for a dip to cool down from the heat of the day. And the terrace was another lovely space to soak in the surroundings. You are truly made to feel like this house is your home and we will forever be grateful for a wonderful stay. Cannot recommend this place and people enough.

Thank you for the most beautiful and pure experience in nature. Together with my boyfriend, we enjoyed every second in this hidden, breathtaking space. In the middle of the nature - the best food served fresh and experimental every day. We felt in heaven. I will come again. ❤️

We had a wonderful time! Vajira and his team on-site were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available. Check-in was smooth, the accommodation was exactly as described – very clean, well-equipped, and perfectly maintained. Even small questions or requests were handled immediately. You can really feel that Vajira and his team are passionate hosts. We would love to come back anytime and can highly recommend staying here!

Wunderschöne, riesige Villa mit fantastischen Blick und tollen Gastgebern. Auf individuelle Wünsche, z.B. beim Essen wird eingegangen. Die Anfahrt ist sehr abenteuerlich, da die Straßenverhältnisse zur Villa schwierig sind. Die Lage ist sehr abgelegen, dafür aber auch dementsprechend mitten in der Natur, mit Affen im Garten und Blick über den See.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Mark, qui est à la fois confortable, propre et parfaitement situé. Un grand merci à Rohan et Mary pour leur accueil chaleureux leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ont vraiment fait la différence. On se sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Je recommande vivement !

Eine Unterkunft mitten im Dschungel, die Lage ist perfekt – abgeschieden und ruhig, aber trotzdem in nur 20 Minuten im Zentrum. Der Host vermittelt aber auch Tuk Tuk fahrten bzw Scooter. Kaum Moskitos, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Das Frühstück war köstlich, aber das absolute Highlight war das Abendessen! Wir haben uns jeden Tag darauf gefreut – mit viel Liebe zubereitet, geschmacklich hervorragend und einfach ein Genuss. Zudem war es immer eine Freude, mit dem Gastgeber zu plaudern und spannende Einblicke zu bekommen.

- We stayed with my whole family, total of 7 adults and a child. As soon as we arrived, the staff was very welcoming and kind. The place is beautiful, decor of the house is well thought through and so nice! 😍 - We also booked a cooking class for dinner time and breakfast! There was a little misunderstanding about breakfast, because you can choose between a few options but the staff again went above and beyond to make sure we were happy (which we were anyway 🙂). - Cooking class was interesting, they explained everything thoroughly and food so delicious! We also booked a private bartender who made cocktails while we enjoyed the cooking class, which was very good as well and between the group, great value for money! - swimming pool is nice and refreshing, and view from the top floor terrace is stunning! - overall I would highly recommend this place - it’s perfect for a group but it’s really the staff that makes it extra great!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after In addition to the breathtaking natural beauty and excellent hospitality, the food at the hotel in Nuwara Eliya, hosted by Dineve, was a highlight of our stay. Every meal was a culinary delight, prepared with local ingredients and bursting with flavors that we couldn't get enough of. From traditional Sri Lankan dishes like aromatic rice and curry. Each dish was crafted with care and expertise. Dineve's attention to detail extended to the dining experience, ensuring that every meal was not only delicious but also memorable part of our stay!
